Can someone tell me the steps for the Kegel Exercise please.?
I need to have tight muscles and I want to know the steps for the Kegel Exercise to get stronger and tighter muscles down there thanks eveyone I appreciate all the good help
Start to urinate then use your muscles to stop the flow of urine and then release and start urinating again. Do this until you have a feel for what muscles you need to use to stop the flow of urine. You can then do this anytime you want once you know which muscles to tighten.

It’s kind of like trying to hold having to pee really bad. You have to become familiar with those muscles down there and learn to contract them.

there’s nothing much you can do with working the muscles down there since you’re a girl. However, you can sit down like you were on a toilet and contract the muscles that causes you to stop midstream. Do as many as you can, when you can’t contract anymore, it means your muscles are exhausted and the most you can do for your workout’s done
