How do I use kegel exercise to stop premature ejaculation?

I’ve been doing the kegel exercises online however idk how to use it to stop premature ejactulation, does it work by automatically making you last longer or are you suppose to be doing something while having sex r masturbating , also how long does it take to get results

Unlike what Aisha said, Kegel Exercises don’t only benefit females, but males also. They are something that will take a while to work, not immediately. You can take her advice on how to allow you to last longer during sexual stimulation, but you should also continue to do the Kegel Exercises. Just like any muscle, it’ll take a while for it to strengthen, depending on how often you use it, how long you exercise it and so on.,

You can always talk to your doctor for more information on the PC muscles and Kegel exercises. You have to do Kegel exercises consistently to see the results of this in a good amount of time. There are other methods to use to control ejaculation that last for the short time (that one sexual experience) which you have probably already figured out. I just want to know whether kegel exercise for men is done when penis is in flaccid or erect state or one can do them in either state…
I have read a lot on internet but unsure of above mentioned thing..Some says one can get multiple orgasms and greater shooting distance, but no one states correct manner…

Please tell the correct procedure also as when one contracts, Does the contraction/tension appears in region from scrotum to anus area in pelvic region?

I have found no videos that demonstrate the correct way for male kegels.

Out of curiosity, I was reading about exercises for pregnancy. I came across the Kegel exercise. It says to try and flex this muscle without flexing the abdomen or buttock so no one should be able to tell you are doing it. I can do it without flexing my butt but no my abdomen. My gut moves a little too, is it a big deal? Is that something that will get better over time? Like I said, I’m just curious.

The best I have come to Identity the muscle is while you are using the bathroom, stop peeing mid way through, if you can do that, then you are controlling that muscle.. just do that while you are not peeing.

I had an extremely difficult birth with my first child, and my doctor suggested a C-Section for this one, due 6/28. Do I still have to do the kegel exercises? I haven’t been doing them, should I step it up, or are they only necessary for vaginal birth?

All women should do them, not just those anticipating a vaginal delivery.

At the very least, they are useful for sex. Trust me, you learn to do them well, and your husband will thank you for it!

cuz i heard kegel exercises do not even work…it dont even make it tighter.. so are there other options other dan surgery and kegel exercises?

the muscles of the pelvic floor are like all other muscles…if you can contract them enough…they will become stronger. The problem is that they are pretty small…and difficult to contract effectively.
I’d recommend buying a book on the real Kaegal exercises. The real technique goes beyond simply stopping your urine flow…they actually involved contracting them arround your fingers (for example) so that you are contracting them correctly etc.

is a kegel exercise the same thing as "clench and release"?

Yeah, it’s basically clench and release.. BUT, you need to do it to a certain body part, which is the muscles that form part of the pelvic floor (sometimes called the "Kegel muscles") and not any other muscles (like biceps, etc)

nothing happened! The urine flow stayed the same! That used to work, but I can’t stop it any more! Now I know that I need kegel exercises but how do I know if I’m doing it right?
I’ve done it before, I used to be able to stop half way, but now when I try it doesn’t work.

If you are young this will not stop effect your flow. You know you are working the right muscles if when you pee you try to stop the flow completely. If you can stop peeing, you know where the kegel exercises are targeting. Just squeeze and hold and release. If you are having incontinence issues, see a doctor. They can help, young or old.

I have trouble achieving orgasm through intercourse alone, and I’ve heard kegel exercises will help.

If you hit a red light in traffic, hold your "self" in. Squeeze and tighten for the entire duration of the red light. After a while of these exercises, you should notice a difference. And the nice thing is you can exercise any time you want, and no one will ever know! Good luck
