According to current protocols, treatment of stress incontinence mainly involves:
-application of previously fitted pessary-rings placed inside the vagina;
-medication (helps if the bladder is overactive or irregularly active);
-exercises (Kegel exercises);
-rehabilitation involving bladder training (with bio-feedback) and avoiding stress-bearing situation;
-neurological stimulation (electrical stimulation for obtaining nerve responses and a few other invasive methods) or
-surgery for pelvic disorders.

I know I haven't precisely stated a name of a product (therefore haven't helped "per se"), but first consider consulting a gynecologist subspecialized in stress incontinence, since only subtle differences in manifestation can be very helpful in determining its type (several types, very many subtypes of urinary stress inc.) and the most effective mode of treatment.
References :
Ob/Gyn resident

They are the same muscles you would use to stop your pee midstream. So sit there and pretend that you are trying to stop peeing. If you're still not sure, next time you pee, try to stop half way through by activating those muscles. Then relax again and empty your bladder. Those are the muscles you need to tense and relax, in order to make them stronger.
References :
It is your vaginal discharge.

It is normal.
References :
2 months are more than enough to solve the problem you have. But remember to do it regularly for the duration..Start with 1 minute first and then increase the time like upto 3 minutes later at the end of the session. Also i would like to tell you that if you continue more than the 2 months,It will be better as kegel excersizes increase the strength of your pelvic muscles and thus also will help you in the long run.Hope this helps
References :
Studies show that there is also a positive correlation between the strength of the PC muscles and a woman's orgasmic response. Therefore, women who have very weak PC muscles usually find it difficult having orgasms while those who have particularly strong muscles often have multiple orgasms. Kegel exercises help a woman's vagina to become tighter as the strength of the PC muscles increases feeling tighter on contraction during intercourse.

For men, the exercises assist in achieving stronger erections, prolonged sex, increased sexual pleasure and more intense orgasm. By mastering the control and increasing the strength of this muscle and then squeezing it at the moment of ejaculatory inevitability thus avoiding ejaculation, a man can experience "dry" orgasms whereby he attains the sensation of having an orgasm without ejaculating. This is the pathway for a man to become multiorgasmic - a natural privilege of women.

With each partner's PC muscles toned up, sex can take on a whole new dimension of pleasure and satisfaction as they'll both benefit from stronger kegels. For starters, during intercourse, as the man pulls out from a deep thrust, his partner can squeeze her PC muscles (doing a kegel exercise against a resistant device) and tighten her vagina around his penis throughout the pull-out. An interesting option would be if both partners engage in intercourse that just involves mutual squeezing, rather than thrusting.
References :
More Tips To Last Longer Given @ My Profile......

Hi Gurpreet,

No kegels do not help with premature ejaculation. Every man is born with premature ejaculation, so having it is perfectly normal – to start with. Controlling ejaculation is something you have to learn just as you had to learn to control your bladder as a child. We get taught to control our bladders but no one teaches us how to control ejaculation.

Do not waste time or money on sprays, vitamins, herbs, dietary supplements or drugs. This is a learning problem and these things will not help you learn to control ejaculation any more than they can help you to learn to speak another language.

There are a lot of high-priced programs advertised online but all you need is an inexpensive little book written by a doctor and sex therapist that has been used successfully for more than 32 years.

It is called "Lasting Longer: The Treatment Program for Premature Ejaculation" by Dr. Sy Silverberg M.D. For more information just google the author’s name: Dr. Sy Silverberg M.D.
References :
http://sextherapy-prematureejaculation.com

Hi, there
It's true that kegel exercise can overcome the premature ejaculation (PE). A harder penis, better control and longer lasting sex are all benefits of having strong PC muscles.
If you have trouble with PE, it's a good start to do kegel exercise before you go to the doctor or pharmacy.
References :
http://ejaculationtrainerinfo.net

Kegels are meant to strengthen your inner thighs. But because of this, they also can improve the strength of your paracoxial muscles (PC, for short) these muscles run the length of your "taint" or area between your scrotum and anus. Your PC muscles are responsible for throbbing sensation you feel while having an erection. Kegel exercises can help to reduce premature ejaculation, but realistically only with another method of reducing PE.

Some results from Kegels could include firmer erections, even stronger ejaculations. But these do not happen in one sitting. You have to practice for months.

If you want to improve your PC muscle strength more directly; lay down, extend your flaccid penis to its maximum limit (comfortably) straight up (towards the ceiling) and squeeze your PC muscles as hard as you can. Hold this for as long as you can and release. Rest for a few seconds and repeat. Do this at least 25 times a day. Within three months you should notice stronger erections and stronger ejaculations.
References :
Yes diapers are very good to help with incontinence but i would also look into getting other type of products like briefs or disposable pads.

Incontinence pads can be used for many levels of incontinence:

Pads for light to moderate incontinence, Pads for moderate to severe incontinence includes larger shaped pads and all-in-One pads are also suitable for moderate to severe incontinence when ease of use is also important.

Everything above is good for on the move and at night but also look into mattress protectors etc.. for the night.

Hope this helps.
References :
http://arelle.com/products/Pads_for_Briefs/56

That's what they're for. Have you been to a doctor to find out why you have this problem? If it was just your bowels it could be something you ate, but bowels and bladder?
References :
It could be a phase as you may still be in the last throws of puberty (there is no time limit of when it starts or ends).
I don't believe you are 'forcing' yourself to have male thoughts, but you probably do feel guilty.
Going to gay clubs with your gay friends and checking out guys at work, etc. I'd say if nothing else, you are bi curious.
You are fighting against yourself and you don't want to hurt your gf, but you are frustrating yourself in the meantime.
If I may suggest you mention this to a male gay friend and tell him you've had thoughts about having sex with a male, but are a little paranoid. I think this paranoia comes from not wanting to find out if you are bi/gay. Choose one of your gay friends that you have a fantasy about to speak to on this and once you've told him your thoughts and fears I'd suggest that you try and overcome your paranoia and ask him if to be sexual with you so you can find out and settle your concious once and for all.
References :
While in university part of my curriculum was psychology and Core Humanities, both having lectures and assignments concerning Human Sexuality.
Over several decades studies combined done by top researchers in all parts of the world came to these findings:
1 out of 10 humans globally are bi/gay.
75% of males (can't remember female scores) have had 1 or more same sex experience in their life (varying ages of individuals experimentation for one reason or another: ages from young boys, tweens, teens, young adults, adults to old men), are straight; most married with children).
Based on a true/false scale of 15% ratio.
Also, many conversations and debates with clergy of different cloths (most agreeing) with, and the findings of leading psychiatrists and other medical doctors, researchers and scientist of the Human Development of Mankind, and anthropologists agree upon this:
A human is born bi/gay, it is not a choice, illness, disease, birth defect, anyone’s fault (such as parental genes), culture based, promoted by another human or a sin. For that person it is natural and normal; predetermined in the firs trimester after conception.
Every human has the right to love and be loved no matter what gender they happen to be drawn to.

Look up HOCD. It will help you decide if you are in a questioning period, or suffering from a cycle of unfounded obsessive thoughts.

Have you ever had problems with obsessive thoughts about any other subjects?
References :
I honestly think you're WAY too paranoid. If you read what you wrote, you will notice two things:

1) You keep questioning yourself when you know in your heart that you like women.

2) You feel sexually frustrated.

You know, when you fear something and keep questioning yourself about it, of COURSE you're going to trick yourself into thinking that you're something you're not. You're scared, honey. Don't be. Look into your heart and be truthful with yourself. Put your fear aside and don't let it rule you as it is doing now.

Oh and by the way, just because you look at guys and check them out does NOT necessarily mean you're gay. hahaha Girls do that all the time to each other and it means nothing. It's just appreciating someone's beauty. =) This applies to you, I believe.
References :
Don't worry! Just be happy with your girlfriend. And most importantly, STOP LETTING FEAR RULE YOU AND SCREW UP YOUR THOUGHTS!

=)

Good luck! ^_^

Jackinworld did a survey of its readers aged 11 to 19 and obtained the following results:

Average Masturbation Frequencies by Age:
11: 11.1 times per week
12: 9.4
13: 10.6
14: 10.6
15: 9.9
16: 9.6
17: 9.4
18: 8.5
19: 9.3

Erections during sleep are normal, though they don't usually wake a person up - it is thought that by increasing the blood supply to the penis, they keep it healthy. As you can see, masturbating at least once a day is usual at 18; try doing it last thing at night, and you may avoid being woken at 2-4 in the morning. Explore the jackinworld site to find out how to make the whole experience more enjoyable - masturbating is MEANT to be enjoyed :-)
