You certainly could do Kegel exercises on your own. However, there are a few drawbacks to this:

Performing Kegel exercises without the benefit of a resistance aid (and we believe the KegelMaster is the best!) actually limits the benefits of the exercise. Studies indicate that merely “squeezing” these muscles has only moderate results. Doing Kegel exercises with the benefit of a resistance device produces faster results.

Many women have difficulty locating the correct muscles. Exercising the incorrect muscles (though they may be in the same general area) may actually cause the Kegel muscles to become weaker as the body becomes more dependent on these other, now stronger, muscles.

Using a vaginal exerciser with resistance allows you to obtain optimal results in less time.

Resistance devices promote greater strengthening and toning results.

Benefits of Kegelmaster:

Kegelmaster is FDA cleared

Strengthens the vaginal muscles

A number of conditions may cause pain and / or discomfort during sexual intercourse. These conditions include:

Pelvic Inflammatory Disease. Pelvic inflammatory disease (PID) refers to infection of the uterus (womb), fallopian tubes (tubes that carry eggs from the ovaries to the uterus) and other reproductive organs that causes symptoms such as lower abdominal pain.

Vaginismus. Vaginismus is a condition where there is involuntary tightness of the vagina during attempted intercourse. The tightness is actually caused by involuntary contractions of the pelvic floor muscles surrounding the vagina. The woman does not directly control or ‘will’ the tightness to occur; it is an involuntary pelvic response.

Cervix Problems. The cervix is the lower portion of the uterus that protrudes into the vagina. Common symptoms related to conditions of the cervix include vaginal discharge, spotting, bleeding, pain, pressure, or discomfort. Such symptoms can be caused by inflammation, infection, injury, allergy, precancerous cellular changes, or cervical cancer.Inflammation and allergy can be caused by chemicals, lubricants, condoms and devices that come in contact with the cervix, depending upon their composition.

Endometriosis. Endometriosis is a female health disorder that occurs when cells from the lining of the womb (uterus) grow in other areas of the body. This can lead to pain, irregular bleeding, and problems getting pregnant (infertility).

Uterine Tumors and Fibroids. Uterine fibroids are benign tumors that originate in the uterus (womb). Although they are composed of the same smooth muscle fibers as the uterine wall (myometrium), they are many times denser than normal myometrium. Uterine fibroids are usually round or semi-round in shape.

Injury or Damage to Vagina. A woman with a vaginal injury has damage to the vagina, vulva or cervix, caused by an injury. Causes of vaginal injury include violent intercourse, sexual abuse, and foreign objects inserted into the vagina. Vaginal injuries are uncommon.

Menopausal. As women, we are used to change. Our bodies transform during puberty and pregnancy. We experience our monthly cycle and its varying effects on our bodies. Menopause brings even more change as well as unpleasant symptoms like hot flashes, weight gain, mood swings and chronic insomnia to name a few.

Ectopic Pregnancy. An ectopic pregnancy is an abnormal pregnancy that occurs outside the womb (uterus). The baby (fetus) cannot survive, and often does not develop at all in this type of pregnancy.

Ovarian Cysts. An ovarian cyst is a sac filled with fluid that forms on or inside of an ovary. This article is about cysts that form during your monthly menstrual cycle, called functional cysts.

The benefits of healthy Kegel (pubococcygeus) muscles goes far beyond simply reducing or eliminating the pain experienced during intercourse and can greatly enhance a woman’s enjoyment of sexual intercourse, increase her ability to have stronger more satisfying vaginal orgasm and prevent the occurrence of common health issues including stress urinary incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse or pelvic floor hernia.

The Kegelmaster Kegel Exerciser is an extremely effective way for a woman to strengthen her Kegel (pubococcygeus) muscles and restore the female pelvic floor musculature

Learn What All You Can Do to Prevent and Treat this Condition

Urinary incontinence is one of the most frequent complaints encountered by women worldwide. You can lose a few drops of urine during a physical activity, which on many occasions can be quite embarrassing. Urinary incontinence can take many forms. For some, loss of urine is only slightly uncomfortable but it can also turn out to be totally devastating.

The reason why urinary incontinence is so debilitating is the fact that it causes a great deal of emotional distress. You want to isolate yourself from the crowd so that you don’t face the embarrassment. This makes you unable to enjoy wonderful moments with family and friends. Urinary incontinence can also occur during sexual activity, which puts both partners under a great deal of emotional stress.

Both men and women experience urinary incontinence, but the condition is more common in women. Pregnancy, childbirth and physical changes related to aging are the most obvious reason to blame for these statistics. An older woman is more prone to develop urinary incontinence than a woman who is young, but the condition is not only related to aging.

Before getting into the details of how you can manage and prevent this condition, you should know what exactly causes urinary incontinence. Your kidneys normally excrete the wastes in the form of water like liquid called urine. This process continues throughout the day and the urine is collected in a small balloon shaped organ that is also known as bladder.

Your kidneys are connected to the bladder with the help of long tube structures called ureters. When you feel an urge to urinate, the muscles of your bladder contract and let go the urine into urethra through which it is excreted outside your body. The sphincter muscles in your urethra relax in order to remove the entire content of the bladder. Once the bladder is fully emptied, circular muscles or sphincter in the urethra closes tightly to prevent further leakage of urine.

Stress urinary incontinence perhaps is the most common type of incontinence affecting women. This condition normally occurs when the muscles of your pelvic floor are damaged. When the muscles supporting your bladder or urethra are not strong enough, urine may leak or escape out of the body even with a slight physical exertion.

If you notice urine to leak every time you cough, laugh or sneeze, you may be suffering from stress urinary incontinence. Most new moms experience this condition due to physical changes resulting from pregnancy. However, stress urinary incontinence is also very common after menopause.

Apart from the factors mentioned above, obesity or excessive body weight also worsens stress incontinence. This is because increased abdominal pressure is exerted on your internal organs. You are also more likely to feel the effects of stress urinary incontinence if you smoke.

When the muscles of your pelvic floor weaken, your bladder may also change its position and move downwards, towards the vagina. Since the muscles and sphincters are no longer squeezed tightly as under normal condition, any physical stress forces urine to move out of the body.

You may not experience urine leakage with every physical activity, but there are increased chances of urine loss particularly when your bladder is full. The leakage may be very minor such as one little drop or it may be a complete discharge of bladder content.

You should carefully note the amount of urine you lose during a leakage. If stress urinary incontinence is in early stages, you can get over it relatively quickly. Even if the condition has progressed, you can still exercise your pelvic floor muscles and get rid of this debilitating issue.

Most women seek surgical methods to treat stress urinary incontinence once it starts interfering with their routine activities and social life. Like any other invasive surgical procedure, surgery for stress urinary incontinence also has chances of further complications.

You may have difficulty urinating or emptying your bladder. There are increased chances of painful intercourse and urinary tract infections. Although you get rid of stress incontinence, you are at increased risk of developing organ prolapse. These complications do not include the pain and stress of a surgical procedure.

You can effectively address all your concerns related to stress urinary incontinence even without surgery. All you need to do is start exercising the muscles of your pelvic floor. Making healthy lifestyle changes will definitely improve your symptoms.

There are special exercises known as Kegels that help strengthen the muscles of your pelvic floor. You can learn to do these exercises properly and see a marked improvement in your incontinence episodes. The results you get are solely dependent on your honesty and efforts you put in. You not only need to perform the Kegel exercises, but also stick to your schedule. These exercises need to be done on a regular basis for maximum results.

The pelvic floor training sessions in the form of Kegel exercises will greatly reduce the amount of urine that leaks whenever you run or jump. These exercises also strengthen the urethral sphincter, which helps control urine leakage.

Even if you are new to this exercise regime, you don’t need to worry. The Kegel exercises can be done about 10 to 15 minutes every day. You can perform two to three sets of pelvic floor muscles training exercises about three times in a day. This way, you can regain control over your bladder and muscle movement that will help you enjoy your social and sex life to the fullest.

Starting the Kegel exercises at an early stage provides a lot of benefits. You no longer need to worry about stress incontinence or organ prolapse. These exercises can be started even if the symptoms of stress urinary incontinence don’t bother you. Remember, it is never too late to start the Kegel exercises. You can include the Kegel exercises in your routine even if you are suffering from stress incontinence.

You will definitely be amazed to see the symptoms go away and there will be absolutely nothing that comes between you and your career, family and social life.

Allow Intensitytm to Do a Lot More Than Just Toning Your Pelvic Floor Muscles
Your pelvic floor muscles probably are the most famous ones when you talk about having an intense sexual response. In fact, these muscles play a very important part during orgasms and are instrumental in maintaining sexual interest.

What is sad however is the fact that your pelvic floor muscles get weak due to a number of factors including aging, menopause, pregnancy and obesity. Your muscles no longer remain firm and toned, which results in a number of health issues such as stress urinary incontinence, loss of bladder control, uterine prolapse and difficulty in maintaining orgasms.

The Kegel exercises are well-known for improving the strength of your pelvic floor muscles. Regular exercise will help you prevent and repair issues related to a weakened pelvic floor. All you need to do is design an exercise routine and follow it closely. Before you start with the Kegel exercises, it is important that you locate the right set of muscles.

Studies show that a large number of women do not perform the Kegel exercises correctly. They overwork the muscles in their abdomen, thighs and buttocks, which definitely does not help in strengthening the pelvic floor.

If you are new to the Kegel exercises, it is important that you train your muscles for rhythmic contraction and relaxation. This task is easy. You have to squeeze your pelvic floor muscles when you try to stop the flow of urine. You need to be careful while you attempt to do this. Try to breathe normally and do not contract the muscles in your thighs or buttocks.

It is not the force of contraction that is important. You need to master control over your muscles so that you can perform the Kegel exercises correctly. The muscles you use to stop the flow of urine are the same ones that will give you great sexual pleasure. Once you get familiar with the right set of muscles, you can perform the exercises by squeezing your muscles and then holding the position for about five to ten seconds.

After the set time interval, you should relax your muscles and then rest for about ten seconds before you contract the muscles again. Initially, you can do the exercises ten to fifteen times in a set and gradually increase the number of reps as you gain control over your muscles.

The contraction of your pelvic floor muscles is also related to g-spot stimulation. Since the Kegel exercises strengthen the muscles of your pelvic floor, you can restore muscle tone and tightness in the vagina. This is just one perk. The Kegel exercises offer numerous benefits including improved g-spot stimulation, enhanced sexual sensitivity, more frequent and long lasting orgasms and better bladder control.

By doing the Kegel exercises on a regular basis, you can increase the strength of your pelvic floor muscles without the need of surgery or medication. Besides the sexual benefits, you also get an obvious feedback on stress incontinence and uterine prolapse. The Kegel exercises improve your health and help prevent problems related to weakening of the pelvic floor.

If you think you are not doing your Kegel exercises in the right way, you can definitely seek help from IntensityTM. This device uses the principle of microcurrent stimulation to strengthen your pelvic floor. There is no need to worry whether or not you are doing your exercises correctly.

IntensityTM allows you to customize the device according to your comfort level. Since it does not slip or move out of position, you can gently stimulate the desired muscles to experience better and improved health.

The Kegel exercises are a lot easier to stick to if you use IntensityTM. What is interesting to note here is that you can combine muscle stimulation with perfect vibration to strengthen your pelvic floor muscles. However, you can remove vibrator control if you only want to experience muscle stimulation. The device is designed keeping every woman in mind.

The adjustable unit ensures that it stays in proper position and you don’t experience any discomfort. There are absolutely no chemicals hazards related to the use of IntensityTM. The device is made using high quality medical grade silicone rubber that is safe and perfect for use.

You can take your time to get familiar with a particular level of muscle stimulation. The intensity of muscle stimulation can be increased when you truly enjoy your workout. What makes IntensityTM so popular is the fact that it works both as g-spot and clitoris stimulator. There are no complicated attachments and the device addresses all of your core health issues.

At first, you might not be very convinced about using the device but you will surely change your decision once your pelvic floor muscles regain their lost strength and tone. Like any other exercise or training session, you should continue using IntensityTM if you want to see more benefits.

Most women report improvement in the signs of stress urinary incontinence if they perform the Kegel exercises about three times every day. The good news is you can use IntensityTM regardless of your age, even if you feel you have become too old. You can sense the good old intensity even after so many years without the need of surgical intervention.

IntensityTM is gaining popularity among postmenopausal women to get rid of dry and thinning vaginal lining. The gentle massaging action of the device directs increased blood flow to the region which helps heal and repair the muscles of your pelvic floor. You no longer need to suffer from lack of orgasm or painful intercourse as these problems are effectively managed by the device called IntensityTM.

Strengthening the pelvic floor muscles may look an impossible task especially in the old age. What you need to understand here is the fact that you can effectively strengthen and tone your muscles at any age only if you are willing to make a move. So what are you waiting for? Let IntensityTM combine the benefits of the Kegel exercises with perfect muscle stimulation to make you feel good like never before.

Know How You Can Prevent and Repair Uterine Prolapse Using the Kegelmaster
Uterine prolapse is a common condition affecting women after childbirth and menopause. Characterized by the loss of control over bladder movements and reduced sex drive, women frequently seek surgical methods as the only feasible option to get rid of this debilitating situation.

Normally uterine prolapse occurs when the muscles of your pelvic floor become weak causing the organ to fall or drop in the vagina. One in every five postmenopausal women or those over the age of 50 generally suffers from uterine prolapse to some degree. Although this issue is serious, it is not discussed very often.

Not only weak pelvic floor muscles reduce your sex drive, they also have a negative impact on the strength and tone of muscles that control your bladder. You will be unable to have strong and successful orgasms. If the condition continues to progress, it also leads to other complications including stress urinary incontinence and lack of vaginal tightness.

You need to change your decision if you feel surgery is the only thing that will help you overcome these unwanted effects. You may use surgical methods to lift the organ up and secure it in place. However, it is seen that even after a successful surgery, you are likely to experience no improvement in sexual enjoyment.

This is not enough. A number of women also reported their problems to get even worse after surgery. You don’t need to worry after reading this. The good news is now you can prevent and repair uterine prolapse without the use of surgical methods. All you need to do is start working your pelvic floor muscles i.e. benefit from the Kegel exercises.

You will be surprised to know that these simple exercises are very effective to counter problems such as stress urinary incontinence. You can also prevent and repair uterine prolapse if you start a Kegel regime on regular basis.

Exercising your pelvic floor muscles for as little as five to ten minutes in a day can make a lot of difference. Not only you will regain control over your bladder, you can strengthen the muscles that hold your internal organs in place. You no longer need to accept uterine prolapse and urinary incontinence as a normal part of aging.

It is important that you find the right group of pelvic floor muscles if you want to experience maximum benefits of the Kegel exercises. You can try to stop the flow of urine to find the correct muscles. The muscles during the process are the ones you need to use for the Kegel exercises.

You should be able to feel the tightness as you squeeze the right set of muscles. However, you need to be careful as squeezing the wrong muscles can actually make your problems worse. You should stay calm and breathe normally taking care not to tighten the muscles in your thighs and buttocks.

Now when you have found out the right set of pelvic floor muscles, it is important that you brace yourself and prevent further damage to your muscles and internal organs. Just before you start your exercises, you should concentrate on your pelvic floor muscles and stick to your exercise regime.

The Kegel exercises can be done in any age regardless you are sexually active or not. The signs of bladder problems and weak muscles may not show immediately after pregnancy or menopause but you need to take care right from the start.

You will notice significant improvement in your bladder control and sexual pleasure as you continue with your exercise routine. These exercises work on the principle of squeeze – hold – release. You can squeeze your muscles and hold the position for about five to ten seconds. You should then release the hold and repeat the sequence after a short interval.

If you want to maximize the effectiveness of your exercise regime, you can use the Kegelmaster to strengthen your pelvic floor. The Kegelmaster is a special device that uses the principle of progressive resistance to strengthen the pelvic floor muscles, which can get weak due to childbirth, menopause, aging and obesity.

The exact reason why the Kegelmaster is so effective is the fact that it applies targeted resistance to the desired group of muscles. This is particularly useful for women who are unable to find the right group of muscles. You can also use the device if you are not sure whether or not you are doing the exercises correctly. You can adjust the device to level you are comfortable with. Since the Kegelmaster does not slip or move out of place, it helps recondition your weak muscles and makes them strong and healthy.

As you continue to use the device, you will see a marked improvement in your sexual response. You can enjoy more frequent and long lasting orgasms – a signal that your pelvic floor muscles are slowly regaining strength and returning back to normal. Regular use of the Kegelmaster also eliminates the need of surgery as your muscles are healed in a convenient and safe way.

The Kegelmaster has 15 levels of progressive resistance to tone your pelvic floor muscles and prevent them from getting weak again. You can start with lower resistance and gradually increase the level as you get familiar with the device and exercise routine. You don’t need to worry about materials used in this device. The Kegelmaster is made using high quality medical grade material that makes it perfectly safe for use.

You can increase the level of resistance to make the exercises more challenging and enjoyable. The principle of progressive resistance ensures that you get maximum benefits. The Kegelmaster effectively treats problems related to stress urinary incontinence and uterine prolapse. It also improves your sensitivity and gives you guaranteed satisfaction during foreplay.

You should not wait until it is too late to take control and manage uterine prolapse. Start using the Kegelmaster to enjoy your life the same way you did before. As you continue using your device, you will be glad that you made the right decision!

Strengthen Your Pelvic Floor and Know How You Can Achieve Strong Muscles Easily Using the Kegelmaster
If you wonder there is anything that can boost the intensity of your orgasms, yes, there is one exercise that can deliver amazing results. You can do the Kegel exercises about 3 times a day and notice a marked difference in your sexual activity and pleasure.

What do you need to do? Well, all it takes is locating the right set of pelvic floor muscles. Also known as love muscles, they play an important part for you to have better sex at any age. Sounds strange? The muscles of your pelvic floor get weak as a result of aging, pregnancy and obesity. Majority of new moms and post menopausal women complain about stress urinary incontinence and overstretched vagina.

This leads to reduced orgasms and reduced pleasure for you and your partner. Although the muscles of your pelvic floor get weak due to aging, but it is never too late to strengthen them. Once you locate the right group of muscles, you can deepen pleasure sensations for yourself and your partner. The Kegel exercises not only tone the muscles but also make them strong.

The good news is that Kegel exercises strengthen and tone the muscles responsible to hold your bladder, uterus and vagina in place. When you exercise the right muscles, you can prevent problems related to stress incontinence and organ prolapse. You should start the exercises early so that the beneficial effects can stay for a much longer time.

There are less chances of urine leakage when you run, walk, laugh, cough or sneeze. This is not the only way Kegel exercises pay off. They also improve the frequency and quality of orgasms that is also an added benefit.

If you haven’t thought about doing the Kegels, it is something you must definitely consider. But before you start with the exercise regime, you need to understand that Kegel exercises are not a task you do for a while to get in good shape. You should not stop doing your Kegels if you want to achieve their numerous benefits for the rest of your life.

First, you need to locate the right set of muscles that can boost your sensations. Since these muscles remain hidden deep inside, you have to hold your urine to find the exact group of muscles. The muscles you use to hold or start the flow of urine are the same muscles you need to target when doing the Kegels.

Once you have found the muscles, you can do anywhere from 10 to 30 repetition in a set at different times in a day. A good approach would be to do the exercises at the same time so that you don’t miss out on your schedule. Like any other type of exercise or muscles, you should not expect overnight results.

Remember, it may take time before you see the benefits but your patience and determination will pay off really well. You should first tighten or squeeze your muscles. Squeezing the right muscles will make them stronger. The only thing you should avoid is doing your Kegels when your bladder is full. This actually does more harm than good and may weaken your muscles if done on a routine basis.

You should try to breathe normally and exert no pressure on your thighs or buttocks while you squeeze your pelvic floor muscles. When you start off with the exercises, a better idea is to hold the muscles for about three to five seconds and then release or relax the muscles.

After an interval of about five to ten seconds, you can repeat the sequence as many times you can. An ideal start is a set of 10 to 20 reps. You can work up to 30 or 50 reps when you get into practice. In the beginning, you should concentrate on working the right set of muscles, more than the number or duration of your reps.

You can also combine long and short hold reps for improved results. A time will come when your muscles, particularly in the vagina will regain strength and come back to their original shape. This however is only possible if you do the exercises on a regular basis.

Studies suggest that the results of Kegel exercises are far better when the exercises are combined with progressive resistance. This phenomenon is used in the Kegel exerciser called the Kegelmaster. The device features a spring that can be used at various resistance levels. The Kegelmaster is a good option for women who find it difficult to do the Kegel exercises alone.

The Kegelmaster helps perform or execute the Kegel exercises in a manner that is convenient and effective. The device makes sure that you use the right group of muscles and it also doesn’t slip out of position. You can experience better results with the use of this device as progressive resistance helps repair and strengthen your weakened pelvic floor.

Most women notice improved and long lasting orgasms after using the Kegelmaster. This device is especially beneficial for women who face vaginal thinning and dryness as a result of menopause. It is also of great help to new moms to bring back their overstretched vagina back to good shape.

Regular use of the Kegelmaster not only helps regain sexual pleasure but has a positive impact on the strength and elasticity of the pelvic floor muscles. You can spend the rest of your life doing things you always wanted to. There is absolutely no need to use surgical methods or vaginal stitches for muscle tightening.

The Kegelmaster increases the strength of your pelvic floor and returns your vaginal muscles to great shape. You can make orgasms more pleasurable for yourself and your partner. You don’t have to feel embarrassed or surprised by your weakened pelvic floor muscles.

All you need to do is say yes and start doing your Kegel exercises. The longer you remain idle, your muscles will remain in bad shape. The moment you get up and decide in favor of the Kegelmaster, things are not going to remain the same. You will definitely feel great when you have strong and healthy pelvic floor muscles – something the Kegelmaster can help you achieve with ease.

Know How You Can Feel Great and Prevent Uneasy Symptoms of Menopause with the Use of Kegelmaster
Symptoms such as pelvic pain, vaginal dryness, lack of orgasms and painful intercourse, unfortunately are an inherent part of aging. Most postmenopausal women experience vaginal atrophy and designate themselves as “too old” to feel young. Although vaginal atrophy can be prevented and recovered to a great extent, most women simply give up way too soon.

Your pelvic floor muscles weaken whether or not you have children. Actually, changes in the inner lining or walls of vagina are mainly due to the declining levels of estrogen – one of the prominent female sex hormone. Estrogen, in addition to other important sexual functions, is responsible to maintain the tissues lining the vagina in good health.

As you age, there is a significant decline in the function of your ovaries. This directly influences the level of estrogen in blood. Menopause does not appear suddenly, but the transition occurs over a period of time. The changes in ovary function may start after you turn 40. Some women stop menstruating very early i.e. in the early 40’s, while few may stop as late as 60 years.

When you approach menopause, you will notice your periods to become irregular. You may skip a period or have heavy periods occasionally. Regardless of the age at which these changes appear, the level of estrogen and other female sex hormones shows obvious changes.

Since the level of estrogen starts to decline, you would notice sexual intercourse to become a lot different. These differences will also be felt by your partner. You will see your muscle tone to decrease. Some women complain about excessive vaginal dryness just about when they reach menopause. The loss of muscle tone and tightness in the pelvic floor, particularly vagina may reduce your sexual pleasure and interest.

Your pelvic floor may get weak in response to changes brought about by aging. The symptoms of weakened pelvic floor also include vaginal dryness, reduced sexual pleasure, painful intercourse and most importantly – organ prolapse.

Pelvic floor muscles are also responsible to hold your organs such as bladder and uterus in place. When your muscles get weak, the organs are not held securely and may “drop”. This is the prime reason for stress urinary incontinence, uterine and bladder prolapse which is mainly reported in postmenopausal women.

If you don’t work your pelvic floor muscles, you may lose them completely. These muscles are extremely sensitive and require that you exercise regularly to strengthen them. You can prevent all the uneasy symptoms of menopause, including those mentioned above, if you perform Kegel exercises on a regular basis.

The best way to keep your vaginal muscles firm and toned is by doing the Kegel exercises. It is a fact that you cannot hold your age, but you can control the effects menopause throws at you. It is important that you start the exercises early so that you can overcome the annoying symptoms of menopause in a better way.

There are numerous advantages of doing the Kegel exercises the right way. These exercises not only improve muscle strength and tone, but you can also prevent organ prolapse and other issues such as stress urinary incontinence.

Before you start with the Kegel exercises, you need to find the right set of pelvic floor muscles. If you want to identify your muscles, you should try to stop the flow of urine. The muscles you squeeze during the process are the same muscles you need to contract when performing the Kegel exercises.

There are possibilities that your symptoms are different from other postmenopausal women. What you need to understand is that every woman is different. You can recover strength of your pelvic floor muscles if you continue with the Kegel exercises on a regular basis. To begin with the exercises, you need to squeeze the right set of muscles and maintain the position for about 4 to 5 seconds.

You can then release the muscles and continue with the second rep after an interval of ten seconds. Once you are familiar with the exercises, you can slowly increase the number of repetitions. Ideally, Kegel exercises need to be done at least three times in a day. Studies show that the exercises are more effective and produce quicker results when combined with progressive resistance.

This particular finding is used in the making of the device called Kegelmaster. Progressive resistance, as you will be familiar, is very helpful in reconditioning the muscles. You can strengthen your pelvic floor muscles which weaken due to menopause, childbirth, obesity and other factors.

Most postmenopausal opt for invasive or surgical solutions to reduce the symptoms such as thinner vagina and overstretched muscles. The Kegelmaster is very effective in restoring muscle strength and firmness. You may not notice the beneficial effects instantly, but the regular use of Kegelmaster can help alleviate the symptoms in a natural way.

Since the Kegelmaster exercises the right set of pelvic floor muscles, it helps get your life back on track. You can walk, laugh and experience foreplay like never before. Regular use of the Kegelmaster dramatically increases the strength and tone of vaginal muscles. Since the device increases blood flow to the region, your pelvic floor muscles are healed quickly which allows you to gain more control.

As your muscles are worked on a regular basis, you can get rid of sexual dysfunction for good. The more your muscles get strengthened; you will see your orgasms to become more frequent and also last for a long time. The sexual experience also becomes more enjoyable for your partner as you have better grip and control of your vaginal contractions.

Strong muscles allow you to experience a whole new sense of excitement. The Kegelmaster helps you achieve and maintain stronger pelvic floor so that you can enjoy your life to the fullest. Remember, it is never too late to start exercising your muscles. However you need to stick to your exercise schedule to avail the numerous benefits of having a strong and healthy pelvic floor.

Know How the Kegelmaster Can Help Reduce Pelvic Floor Damage After You Have a Baby
You may be worried about your health if your pelvic floor muscles get weak. However, the good news is you can do something about it. If you look at the statistics, you will see that women who have a baby are more prone to developing urinary stress incontinence and bladder prolapse compared to women who don’t conceive.

Your pelvic floor muscles are a group of muscles that hold and support your bladder, uterus and bowel. You can keep “dry” at all times when you have strong muscles. This is because you can control your bladder movement and prevent accidental leakage if you cough, sneeze or laugh. These muscles also control you sexual responses and having weak muscles limits your chances of intense orgasms.

It is not just pregnancy and childbirth that makes these muscles weak. Most women experience weak muscles after menopause. It is seen that nearly four out of every ten women who are more than fifty years have some degree of pelvic floor related issues. Here, we look to find answers to what really makes these muscles weak during pregnancy?

You will be extremely happy to welcome your baby however it is likely that you notice accidental leakage of urine if increased pressure is exerted on your bladder. You may become anxious but you need to keep a few things in mind.

First, you are not the only one suffering from this condition. Stress urinary incontinence is one of the most common issues affecting all new moms. Second, this condition is not permanent. You can work your pelvic floor muscles to make them strong again, once your body recovers. On the other hand, if you don’t do anything, your pelvic floor muscles are going to be damaged further.

During labor, the muscles of your pelvic floor stretch to allow your baby to pass through the birth canal. Your baby comes out of the vagina that may leave you with swelling or bruises in the region. The muscles of your pelvic floor can be overstretched excessively if you have a big baby or had a forceps delivery. When your vaginal muscles become weak or lose, you will notice reduced sexual arousal.

If your pelvic floor muscles continue to get weak, you may notice heaviness or bulging inside your vagina which is the first indication of organ prolapse. In order to prevent all these issues, you should start with the Kegel exercises once your body recovers.

Although doing the Kegel exercises will be the last thing on your mind, but starting these exercises early will give you tremendous benefits. Your pelvic floor muscles will be able to heal more quickly. You will also get rid of the embarrassing urine leaks.

The beneficial effects of the Kegel exercises are mainly due to their ability of increasing the blood flow to the region. You will notice muscle soreness and bruises to go away when you have improved blood circulation. The muscles of your pelvic floor finally will be able to contract and relax properly when they get toned and firm. This will have a positive impact on your sexual responses and you will observe your orgasm to become more frequent and last for a long time.

Studies show that a regular exercise program does help pelvic floor muscles regain strength. Moreover, the Kegel exercises give better results if they are combined with a training program based on progressive resistance. This is what makes the Kegelmaster so helpful in strengthening the pelvic floor muscles.

The Kegelmaster is a unique device that combines the effectiveness of the Kegel exercises with progressive resistance. You not only notice stronger muscles but there are greater chances that you don’t suffer problems related to the pelvic floor muscles later in life. To get the best results, you need to locate your pelvic floor muscles first.

This can be tricky as you cannot “see” your pelvic floor muscles. You need to feel your muscles to know whether or not you are doing the exercises correctly. You may locate the pelvic floor muscles when you try to stop the flow of urine. When you squeeze your muscles while trying to stop the flow, you will feel your pelvic floor muscles moving upwards. This is the same set of muscles you need to use when you perform the Kegel exercises.

Once you feel confident about your muscles, it is important to do the exercises on a regular basis. A good starting point is doing these exercises about three times in a day. You should try to squeeze the muscles and hold the position for about four to five seconds. You should then let go or relax your muscles. You can follow with the second repetition after a short rest of about 10 seconds.

Ideally, you can perform six to eight repetitions in each set and gradually increase the number of reps as your muscles get stronger. To achieve the desired results, you need to continue with the exercises even if you cannot “see” the effects instantly. Remember, you may not be aware but your pelvic floor muscles will regain strength and give you benefits you want them to.

The Kegelmaster helps these exercises give better results as it challenges your muscles. It uses resistance to work your muscle fibers and makes them stronger. You can continue to increase the resistance gradually to increase the load or challenge on your muscles. Your pelvic floor muscles will then try to adapt to the increasing load hence become stronger.

You can now eliminate vaginal dryness, stress urinary incontinence, lack of vaginal tightness and pelvic pain without the need of surgery. The Kegelmaster helps your overstretched vaginal muscles to return to their normal size. You will be able to regain vaginal tightness and lubrication which was lost after childbirth.

If you think your muscles are in a bad shape and there is nothing that can help you regain vaginal tightness, it is time you use the Kegelmaster. You can then enjoy a perfect sex experience with your partner – something that will leave you satisfied.

Discover How IntensityTM Can Be an Appropriate Choice for the Task
You don’t need to be a medical expert to understand that strong pelvic floor muscles can greatly improve your health. You can achieve improved sex arousal and prevent problems such as uterine prolapse and stress urinary incontinence when your muscles are firm and strong. The pleasure and sensation you and your partner feel also depend on the health of your pelvic floor muscles.

There is strong evidence that your pelvic floor muscles are highly sensitive and get weak due to a number of factors. Most new moms experience weak muscles after delivery and complain about stress urinary incontinence and reduced orgasms. Your muscles may also get weak due to aging and obesity. There are a number of different muscles that make up the pelvic floor.

You may be interested in knowing what makes these muscles so important in sexual activity. Studies show that women with stronger muscles find it easy to achieve frequent and intense orgasms. Foreplay causes a number of changes inside your body. Your heart begins to beat faster as a result more blood is pumped to your genitals. The increase in blood flow causes your pelvic floor muscles to contract and relax at regular intervals which are also called orgasms.

You will now be aware that the essence of intense orgasm is related to the strength of your pelvic floor muscles. Therefore you can experience more frequent orgasms when you exercise and tone up your muscles. Most health experts recommend Kegel exercises for strengthening and toning the pelvic floor muscles.

Exercise as you are familiar, is vital in toning any muscle and the same rule applies to the muscles of pelvic floor. The Kegel exercises act directly on these particular muscles which results in improved muscle tone. Your muscles will feel tighter and have improved grip. The pelvic floor muscles are also responsible for controlling your bladder hence stress urinary incontinence and bladder prolapse will no longer remain an issue.

Strong and firm muscles of the pelvic floor also have improved blood circulation, which greatly contributes to increased level of arousal and your ability to achieve successful orgasm. Rhythmic contraction of the pelvic floor muscles is specifically targeted by the Kegel exercises. Your exercise program works on the principle of contract – hold – relax, which makes the real difference.

Health experts strongly agree that doing the Kegel exercises on a regular basis can strengthen and tone your pelvic floor muscles. However, you need to understand that this only possible if do these exercises in the right way. The Kegel exercises if done correctly can increase the intensity of orgasms and prevent organ prolapse. For this to happen, you need to discover the right group of muscles.

Identifying the pelvic floor muscles can be a tricky task as these muscles remain hidden deep inside your body. All you need to do is try to stop the flow of urine. As you attempt to do this, you will feel your muscles to tighten and these are the same group of muscles you need to target when performing the Kegel exercises.

Once you have identified the muscles, you should try to squeeze them tightly and hold the position for about five seconds. You can then relax your muscles and proceed with the second rep after an interval of ten seconds. You should gradually build on your set of repetition for maximum results. The Kegel exercises can be performed about three times in a day and they require minimum effort from your part.

You will be surprised to see the difference in your muscle tone if you continue the Kegel exercises honestly. The Kegel exercises also tone and strengthen the muscles in your vagina. If you are finding it difficult to concentrate on your vaginal muscles, you can always use IntensityTM to help you in the task.

IntensityTM actually stimulates the muscles that help make your vagina firm and prevent vaginal thinning and dryness. It complements the natural muscle contraction and stimulation produced by your body. What is interesting to note here is that IntensityTM focuses the stimulation on exactly the same group of muscles every time you use the device.

The device is specially designed so that it can be held comfortably in place. IntensityTM uses micro current stimulation to work the muscles of your pelvic floor. The smooth and warming sensation of stimulation mimics the natural contraction produced by these muscles. You not only overcome the problems related to weak pelvic floor muscles but there is a significant improvement in vaginal thinning and lack of lubrication.

You can increase vaginal lubrication in a natural way using the stimulation produced by IntensityTM. You can adjust the speed of stimulation produced by the device to suit your natural tone. Since all areas of your pelvic floor muscles are stimulated at the same time, you will notice your orgasms to be more frequent and more intense.

Most women don’t really feel confident and avoid using such devices because of health fears. They are not sure about the quality of material used to manufacture the stimulator therefore they prefer other options such as surgery or vaginal stitches to get rid of problems caused by weak muscles of the pelvic floor.

You can be 100% sure when you use IntensityTM as the device is made using high grade material. You can carry out muscle stimulation without any risk to your health. The stimulating actions of IntensityTM are very similar to physiotherapy which makes the pelvic floor muscles stronger with every use. When you have strong muscles, your internal organs remain well supported to resolve symptoms such as urine leakage and painful intercourse.

Your partner will definitely feel more pleasure when your pelvic floor muscles are firm and not over stretched. IntensityTM stimulates and exercises the muscles gently therefore prevents pelvic floor muscle problems from coming back again. If you want to exercise your pelvic floor muscles in a natural way i.e. by using your body’s own contraction, you can do it easily by using IntensityTM.

Discover How IntensityTM Helps You Find the Secret to Intense Orgasms
Kegel exercises work on the muscles of your pelvic floor to give you better orgasms, but discovering the right moves to experience intense pleasure remains a mystery. Well to begin with, there has been a lot of debate over the stimulation of the g-spot and its effects on female arousal. Talking about the location, your g-spot starts from top of the cervix and continues to the back of your pubic bone.

Those of you, who are lucky to experience increased sensitivity, will be able to tell the secret to better orgasms. Your pelvic floor muscles play an important part to give you the much-needed stimulation hence, give you pleasure beyond the limits you have imagined. Women who do not have strong pelvic floor muscles are concerned about their susceptibility to weak or practically no orgasms.

Pregnancy, childbirth, menopause and obesity cause the muscles of the pelvic floor, particularly those in the vagina, to get weak. As the muscles continue to weaken, you will see your ability and intensity of orgasms to reduce simultaneously. If you don’t do anything to work or exercise your muscles, it will hurt you even more.

You can develop conditions such as stress urinary incontinence and bladder prolapse when your pelvic floor muscles weaken. You don’t need to worry if you suffer from the same. Now you can exercise your muscles to adjust them to shape that suits you. Stimulating the internal muscles of your pelvic region can provide relief in the form of improved bladder control, stronger vaginal muscles and most importantly, improved health.

In simple words, your orgasms become stronger as you continue to strengthen the pelvic floor muscles. The question here, is how you can achieve better stimulation with help of strong muscles in the pelvic floor? One of the important factors that determine your success is locating the right set of muscles you need to exercise.

Mastering the Kegel technique takes some time, as you need to do the exercises in a way that actually helps you. Repetitive stimulation of the right areas gives you the special feel. You will definitely appreciate your efforts and continue the exercises with even more enthusiasm. It is also worth to work on g-spot stimulation to improve your vaginal response.

Most women acknowledge this area to give them the feeling of intense pleasure. Stimulation of the g-spot is also known to play an important part during foreplay and satisfying intercourse. Once you know the right spot, you can stimulate it more efficiently to achieve scintillating orgasms.

Unfortunately, the muscles of your pelvic floor and g-spot remain hidden deep inside your body, which makes it a little bit difficult to find them. IntensityTM is created specially to stimulate your muscles just where you need to. The result is muscles with a better tone and greater flexibility. Besides the sexual benefits, this stimulation is effective in preventing problems such as vaginal and uterine prolapse. These conditions normally occur when your pelvic floor muscles are weak.

IntensityTM hits the g-spot directly giving you a combination of vaginal muscle training and better orgasms. You can adjust the warming and tingling sensations of the device to get the sensation you prefer. The best thing about IntensityTM is that you can vary the intensity level to match the sensations your body produces naturally.

You can improve your ability to produce successful g-spot orgasms when you learn to contract the muscles of your pelvic floor. If you practice the Kegel exercises, you can prevent your vaginal lining from getting thin. Thinner vaginal lining makes an intercourse more painful as you are unable to achieve the desired contact.

You can identify your pelvic floor muscles when you try to stop the flow of urine. You should be able to feel your muscles getting tight as you squeeze them. You can release the muscles and learn how to gain control over them. The Kegel exercises work on the principle of contract – hold – release. After you have found your baseline, you can increase the repetition and duration of exercise to work your pelvic floor muscles.

You can try these exercises three to four times in a day with ten reps making each set. You should do these exercises with an empty bladder and avoid pushing yourself too much. The stimulation you receive with IntensityTM helps tighten and tone your vaginal muscles.

The device works by creating mild micro current that causes your muscles to contract in rhythmic fashion. Studies show that muscle stimulation helps repair and strengthen the weak muscles. You can then achieve more intense orgasms when you use the device. This is because stronger vaginal muscles result in more intense orgasms that also last for a long time.

Since every woman is different, you can adjust IntensityTM to the size you prefer. The device is made using high quality silicone rubber that comes with a hand pump. You can use the pump to inflate the rubber and there is no chance that the device slips away from position. IntensityTMis designed in a way that the g-spot stimulator remains properly positioned for maximum results.

You can be 100% stress free when you use IntensityTM as it is made using high quality medical grade material. Since it tones and strengthens your muscles, your partner too will feel more pleasure and excitement. Its unique design is perfect for foreplay and helps achieve more frequent orgasms. You need to insert the device when powered off and then use the keys to start the stimulation.

If you perform the Kegel exercises on a regular basis, you will definitely want to try this device as it is combination of g-spot stimulator, clitoris stimulator and most importantly, a Kegel exerciser. Your exercise routine is going to give you more benefits as your muscles will be strengthened and toned in a much better way. You deserve the right to enjoy your life to the fullest, so it is the perfect time you try IntensityTM to get rid of weak pelvic floor muscles for good.

Allow the Kegelmaster or a similar kegel exerciser to Eliminate Stress Incontinence and Bring Your Muscles Back to Great Shape
The pelvic floor muscles in women are prone to get weak, and probably are one of the most sensitive muscles. Most women complain of urinary incontinence, uterine prolapse, pain in the pelvic region and lack of vaginal tightness when these muscles lose their natural tone and strength.

There are a number of factors that cause these muscles to show poor performance. Pregnancy, childbirth, menopause and obesity are the reasons pelvic floor muscles get weak. Unlike other injuries or loss of muscle tone, weakness of the pelvic floor muscles has a stronger emotional component attached to it.

Lack of vaginal tightness in most cases results in reduced sexual desire and lack of successful orgasms. This sadly, results in reduced satisfaction for both partners. Stronger muscles of the pelvic floor help produce intense pleasure that results in improved orgasms. Improved orgasms also enhance sexual responsiveness and form a strong foundation for better foreplay.

Although the muscles making up the pelvic floor remain hidden, they do have a strong influence on your health and confidence. Weakness or poor strength of these muscles may result in loss of control over bladder movements. It is estimated that about 25 to 30 % of new moms suffer from stress incontinence. If you suffer the same, it can cause urinary leakage every time you cough, laugh or sneeze with force.

What is alarming is the fact that that more than 80% of women who face the problem of stress incontinence don’t get their problems treated. They feel depressed and helpless because of the embarrassment and few even risk their health by reducing the intake of water. Stress incontinence is not only an issue for new moms. One out of every three menopausal women is in a similar situation.

It is important that you continue to exercise to maintain the strength of your pelvic floor muscles. You can then achieve a lot more benefits and get rid of stress incontinence with stronger pelvic floor muscles. The stronger the muscles, the better you will feel. It is no longer necessary that you use methods such as surgery or medication to feel tighter. It is completely possible to overcome stress incontinence when you perform the Kegel exercises using the Kegelmaster or a similar device.

Pelvic floor muscle training is extremely effective in reducing problems such as stress incontinence and bladder prolapse. You don’t need to use any additional medication if you perform the training with progressive resistance. It is seen that resistance actually is the most important factor that influences successful outcome. The effect you desire with the Kegelmaster or a similar device is possible only when you use the right muscles and stick to your exercise program.

Studies also reveal that women who only used the Kegel exercises experienced fewer benefits than those who combined the exercises with progressive resistance. Since these muscles are bit difficult to locate, a better approach would be to practice muscle contraction first and then start with the exercises. It is vital that you know how to contract your muscles so you should try to restrict the flow of urine.

Your intention should be to first slow down the flow and then hold it for a few seconds. You will feel your vaginal muscles to get tight as you try to restrict the flow. These are the same set of muscles that need to be used when you perform the Kegel exercises.

Another effective way to identify your pelvic floor muscles is inserting a finger in your vagina followed by squeezing the surrounding muscles. If you contract your muscles correctly, you should feel your pelvic floor move upwards. During the contraction your vaginal muscles should remain tight. You should stay calm and breathe normally during the entire process.

In order to gain maximum benefits of the Kegel exercises, you should not attempt them without emptying your bladder or while you urinate. Doing the exercises at these times can actually make your muscles weak and increases the risk of urinary tract infections.

Once you perfect your technique and identify the right muscles, you should aim for at least three repetitions every day. One set can involve ten to fifteen contractions. You should begin using the Kegelmaster or a similar device with five contractions at minimum resistance.

Once you get used to the device, you can slowly increase the number of contractions and the level of resistance. You should contract the muscles, hold them for five seconds and then slowly release the pressure. You need to see how long you are able to hold the contraction.

It is possible that you feel a slight discomfort or abnormal sensation when you use the device for the first time. If you use the Kegelmaster or a similar device regularly, you can prevent the problem of stress incontinence from getting worse.

You can use the Kegelmaster or a similar device at anytime of the day you like but it is recommended that the exercise sessions are done at the same time every day. When you have a regular schedule, it is less likely that you skip or forget your exercise.

The Kegelmaster or a similar device gives the best results if you are faithful and stick to your exercise routine. You will be able to see a marked improvement in the form of less leakage. You can then enjoy jogging, running, laughing as stress incontinence is not going to show up. Last, you can also enjoy intimate moments with your partner as stress incontinence will no longer be an obstruction.

When the muscles at the bottom of your pelvis get strong and healthy, you gain better control over your bladder and muscle movements. It is time you say goodbye to the embarrassing and distressing stress incontinence.

Strengthening the pelvic floor muscles with dynamic progressive resistance provided by the Kegelmaster or a similar device eliminates the need of expensive incontinence products and surgery. You can produce stronger orgasms that will last longer. You also don’t need to limit your physical activity as you can solve the problems related to your leaking bladder effectively. The Kegelmaster or a similar device is all set to give you the desired effects and keep away the trouble for good.

Discover How Kegelmaster Can Help You Regain Vaginal Strength

If you lack vaginal tightness, you may wonder if there is anything that can bring your muscles back in shape. A large number of women worldwide experience loss of elasticity and lubrication of the vaginal muscles. This is one of the biggest problems women face after menopause or childbirth.

To make matters worse, lack of vaginal tightness can have a negative impact on sexual intercourse. Most women report less interest in sex or insufficient orgasm which can make a relationship uncomfortable. Loss of muscle tone, particularly in the vagina, is also an inherent part of aging. This is particularly due to the decline in the level of female sex hormones.

One of the vital female sex hormones responsible for vaginal health is estrogen. Adequate levels of this hormone in the blood ensure that the vaginal muscles are elastic and well lubricated. Levels of estrogen start to decline after menopause and your muscles begin to lose their natural elasticity or tightness. You can feel these changes as insufficient orgasms and painful intercourse.

When the vaginal lining continues to deteriorate and become thinner, it also loses its natural lubrication. You may lose your confidence when you discover that your vaginal muscles do not have the elasticity that they used to. This is a tough situation but you don’t need to worry. Only if you work your pelvic floor muscles, you will find yourself back in good shape.

Pelvic floor muscles are a group of muscles that are responsible to produce intense sexual pleasure and satisfaction. Strong and healthy muscles can result in improved stimulation and you will have a more pleasurable experience with your partner.

If you have strong control over your vaginal muscles, you can increase the pleasure for your partner and yourself. It helps you overcome the problems of delayed orgasms and reduced interest. In order to improve your experience, you need to exercise your pelvic floor muscles. When you exercise these muscles on a regular basis, it will result in better elasticity and improved stimulation to heighten your pleasure.

Stronger pelvic floor muscles also help improve your general health. Although these muscles remain hidden, they are an important part of your normal physiology. Pelvic floor muscles are not only responsible for better orgasms and foreplay. They also hold your internal organs such as bladder and uterus in place.

Practically every woman experiences a varying degree of bladder incontinence and reduced orgasms at some point in her life. These effects are more prominent after childbirth or menopause. With the appropriate use of the Kegelmaster and Kegel exercises, you can achieve much improved and strengthened pelvic floor muscles.

The Kegelmaster and Kegel exercises can help you overcome troubles related to your pelvic floor muscles. You can reduce the chances of bladder incontinence, uterine prolapse and weak vaginal walls. Childbirth, menopause and even obesity can play an important role in making these muscles weak. Whatever the reason might be, you can use Kegel exercises to strengthen your muscles and boost your confidence.

Kegel exercises involve periodic contraction and relaxation that renews vaginal muscles and improves elasticity. They also help improve vaginal dryness to solve a great deal of problems. Doing Kegel exercises on a regular basis increases blood flow to the area which also helps in muscle repair. Your partner will then greatly appreciate your sensitivity and response.

You no longer need to use methods such as vaginal stitching or surgery to restore tightness. This can be achieved in a natural way using the Kegelmaster. This device works on the concept of progressive resistance which greatly helps improve muscle strength. Before you begin to use the device, it is better that you find the right group of muscles that need to be worked.

Kegel exercises need to be done the right way if you want to experience maximum benefits. You need to identify the right set of pelvic floor muscles that have to be contracted and relaxed during the exercise. The best way you can identify the muscles is when you stop the flow of urine. The muscles you use for the purpose are the ones that need to be exercised.

You should maintain your focus on the same set of muscles when you perform the repetitions. For best results, Kegel exercises should be done when you have an empty bladder. You can start by contracting the pelvic floor muscles you identified and hold them tight for about five seconds. You can release or relax the muscles after the set time and repeat the step with a gap of ten seconds.

The best thing about the Kegelmaster is that you use it without letting anyone know. After a few days of practice, you can use the device very comfortably. What you need to ensure is that you don’t hold your breath or contract the muscles of your thighs or buttocks. You should only hold the pelvic floor muscles to see the best results.

Progressive resistance is what makes the Kegelmaster so effective. Traditional Kegel exercises can give more beneficial results when they are complemented with resistance. When you perform the Kegel exercises with progressive resistance to tighten the muscles of the pelvic floor, your muscles are worked in a better way to improve your overall health.

You can avoid problems such as stress incontinence, bladder or uterine prolapse and lack of vaginal tightness if you begin to exercise your pelvic floor muscles from an early stage. This does not mean that the Kegelmaster does not work well for those who already suffer from these problems. You can start using the Kegelmaster to tone your muscles and experience strengthened pelvic floor muscles.

Women who perform Kegel exercises on a regular basis have stronger vaginal muscles and better muscle tone. It is necessary that you don’t allow aging or menopause to shatter your confidence. If you start using the Kegelmaster, you will observe a significant improvement in your muscle strength. You can improve your sex life by strengthening the pelvic floor muscles and the Kegelmaster helps you do it in a simple and convenient way.

Are you experiencing any of the following conditions that affect many women today across the country?

A lack of vaginal tightness?

Unsatisfying orgasms?

Uterine prolapse?

Stress or urge-related incontinence?

An overactive bladder?

Episodes of pelvic pain, including severe menstrual cramps?

A cystocele and rectocele?

You’re not alone.

According to the Women’s Health Foundation, serious conditions such as uterine prolapse (when a woman’s uterus can actually descend through the vaginal opening) occur in more than 30% of women—while less threatening, although equally devastating, problems such as urinary incontinence go unreported and under-treated. One study by the Foundation found that almost 70% of women who have had multiple vaginal births reported some kind of urinary incontinence.

The issues women face “down there” are not easy to discuss with each other or even with their doctors. Many women wrongly accept that “that’s just the way it is” after having kids or reaching a certain age.

But the truth is—there is a real solution to not one, but all of the common pelvic-related disorders that women face, including incontinence and even unsatisfying orgasms.

Now, I know what you’re thinking.

You’ve heard it all before.

Kegels, kegels, and more kegels, right?

Well—yes and no.

The answer to solving women’s pelvic disorders does lie in performing Kegel exercises; the problem is that most women have never done a proper Kegel exercise in their lives.

What’s that, you say?

You do Kegels all the time?

Trust me when I say you’ve never done a Kegel like this before.

The Kegelmaster 2000 is transforming women’s lives by introducing them to kegels as they were meant to be done—with resistance. The Kegelmaster is a revolutionary kegel/pelvic exerciser because it allows a woman to customize her kegels with the resistance that she needs for her particular condition.

The heart of the matter is that all the conditions mentioned above result from a weakening of a woman’s pelvic floor muscles. A woman’s vagina may lose a feeling of “tightness,” she may feel pelvic pain, or she may find that her bladder, lacking support from those pelvic muscles to hold it in place, shifts and loses its ability to hold urine in.

With a weakening in pelvic floor muscles causing the majority of these common pelvic disorders for women, it makes sense that the solution can be found in strengthening and tightening those muscles to prevent or even the problems.

Enter the Kegelmaster.

Unlike traditional kegels, which ask a woman to simply “squeeze” her pelvic floor muscles, offering no resistance and therefore little to no results, the Kegelmaster incorporates the all-important component of resistance into a woman’s pelvic exercises.

You don’t have to live with pelvic problems. You can enjoy satisfying orgasms, a controlled bladder, and a pain-free pelvis. Try the Kegelmaster for yourself and see why it’s been dubbed a “Miracle for Women”!

Perform Kegel Exercises the Right Way Using the Kegelmaster

You will come across a number of medical experts who recommend Kegel exercises for muscle development and a healthy pelvic floor. Kegel exercises work on the principle of contract, hold and release to repair the pelvic floor muscles. These are intended to help women overcome health issues related to the bladder or vagina.

Urinary incontinence and reduced sexual satisfaction are two of the most common complaints women face after pregnancy and menopause. The muscles found in the pelvic floor can get weak which causes the internal organs to drop. When the floor of the pelvis gets overstretched, it results in the loss of control over bladder movements and vaginal atrophy. Dr. Kegel (who gave the concept of Kegel exercises) recommended that the exercises need to be performed using the right set of muscles.

The entire concept of Kegel exercises becomes useless if they are done improperly. This also has a possibility that the muscles can be damaged further. Studies show exercises that are done with resistance have more beneficial effects compared to simple exercises. The Kegelmaster uses the concept of progressive resistance, which works on the muscles to make them firm and strong.

Many women fail to recognize that they need to work their pelvic floor muscles. If you cannot control your bladder movement and have loose vaginal muscles, it is recommended that you start with Kegel exercises to facilitate muscle repair. Kegelmaster is specially designed to strengthen the vaginal muscles. It acts directly on the muscle to bring about strength training.

You will be familiar with the concept of resistance training used by athletes and sport performers to gain muscle and bone strength. This type of training helps reduce the signs of aging and enhances muscle function. Regular training proves to be extremely beneficial in toning the muscles for optimum performance.

In short, the Kegelmaster allows you to use the positive effects of resistance training to make changes in your pelvic floor muscles. If you want to produce stronger muscles, you need to do Kegel exercises using progressive resistance. A gradual increase in resistance challenges your pelvic floor muscles and they adapt accordingly. You can actually see the progress by looking at the number and location of springs in the Kegelmaster unit.

You can slowly increase resistance as you become familiar with the device and Kegel exercises. These exercises become easier as you continue doing them on a regular basis. You should try Kegel exercises three times a day for maximum results. You can see the positive effects such as improved sexual pleasure and bladder control.

It is very important to continue exercising to avoid weak and loose pelvic floor muscles in the future. The Kegelmaster can also be used by older women to regain vaginal tone, which is lost after menopause. You don’t need to accept urinary incontinence or a weak vagina as a usual part of aging or childbirth. These issues can be resolved with ease when you use the Kegelmaster.

You need to take a decision on your part to make changes in your body. Your health and confidence are really important and you can improve your overall quality of life with the use of the Kegelmaster. Remember progressive resistance in the Kegelmaster is the key to having a strong and healthy pelvic floor.

These exercises can help you overcome problems like urinary incontinence, prolapsed uterus and reduced sexual satisfaction.

It seems so strange that all of us consult personal trainers and physical therapists to guide us on strengthening muscles, but practically only a few women really ask for exercises to improve the pelvic floor muscles. Studies show that muscles of the pelvic floor get weak or loose due to factors such as aging, pregnancy or childbirth. When this happens, the pelvic organs are not well supported which results in a number of health issues.

It is important to mention that you can overcome muscle weakness if you learn to do Kegel exercises. If you exercise the right muscle, you will notice significant improvement in your health issues. Doing these exercises on a regular basis will keep your pelvic floor muscles working well. Before you start with the exercises, you need to “feel” the pelvic floor muscles.

Kegel exercises work to strengthen the pelvic floor muscles, particularly those surrounding the vagina. When you do the exercise, you should be able to feel the muscles tightening and being pulled up. A fairly simple way to identify the muscles you need to exercise is trying to stop the flow of urine about halfway when urinating. Muscles that stop the flow of urine are the same muscles you need to target when doing the Kegel exercises.

Once you have identified the muscles, you can continue exercising on a daily basis to get rid of common complaints such as bladder leakage or weak orgasms. Kegel exercises are not complicated. You only need to contract, hold and then release your pelvic floor muscles. You can start with holding your muscles really tight for 5 seconds and then relax. This sequence can be repeated with a gap of 10 seconds and you can do it about 10 times in a single set.

What is really fantastic about these exercises is that they can be done along with other routine activities. Your daily schedule is not affected in any way but you will definitely see an improvement in your confidence. What you need to keep in mind is that Kegel exercises only help if they are a regular part of your daily schedule. You just need to spend few minutes every day and see a marked improvement in the strength of vaginal muscle.

Kegelmaster is an exerciser which is designed specifically to strengthen the muscles of your pelvic floor. With regular use of the Kegelmaster, you can overcome the common health complaints. You can enjoy firmer pelvic floor muscles, a tighter vagina and most importantly, regain your feminine confidence. Kegelmaster uses the concept of progressive resistance, which greatly helps regain strength of the pelvic floor muscles. You can see everything get back to normal and you know you are no longer overstretched!

Who could forget that crazy-looking contraption designed to strengthen and tighten one of the “problem areas” for women?

My friends, there is a new master in town, and it’s doing a lot more than toning thighs.

Dubbed a “Miracle for Women,” the Kegelmaster 2000 is a revolutionary product that can transform a woman’s health and well-being.

Benefits of the Kegelmaster include:

· Stronger, longer-lasting, and more intense orgasms

· Strengthens pelvic floor muscles

· Improved vaginal health

· Prevents and reduces female incontinence

· Prevents and reduces pelvic organ prolapsed

· Better sex life

The Kegelmaster is a device designed to help a woman most effectively perform Kegel exercises. Traditional Kegel exercises are done by simply “tightening” the muscles of the pelvic floor. Unfortunately, traditional Kegels are also largely ineffective because they are lacking the key component of any muscle exercise—resistance.

Resistance is key to strengthening muscles, and a woman’s pelvic and vaginal muscles are no different. The Kegelmaster is a discreet, affordable device that enables a woman to perform Kegel exercises as they were meant—for life-changing results.

The Kegelmaster is easy to use. Simply insert the device into the vaginal opening, set the level of resistance best suited for you, and get started on strengthening your pelvic floor muscles instantly. And with discreet, same-day shipping, you can get started right away on improving your health.

Because every woman is different, the Kegelmaster is completely customizable and offers a variety of different options to meet the specific needs of each woman. From the standard Kegelmaster Complete to get you started on improving your vaginal health, to the Kegelmaster Ultimate, offering increased resistance, toning Kegel balls, and a vibrator option to test your results, the right Kegelmaster is waiting for you.

One woman’s testimonial on her love for the Kegelmaster pretty much sums it all up: “Don’t take that step to diapers; it’s not necessary. This is a way for you to avoid that for the rest of your life.”

This is probably not the most flattering thing I can say about myself – and it may not fall on your ears as a comforting thought — but somehow, in all my years, I just never quite “got” that my vagina was special and powerful and awesome.

I thought of it mostly as a thing, as a body part. Of course I understood vaginas are part and parcel of femaleness and that men throughout the ages and the world have desired the comforts of pleasures of women’s vaginas.

I’m only speaking for myself here. I’m sure other women have exhibited greater curiosity and self-exploration and have known for years the treasure they hold. But for myself, somehow I just never translated all the interest in vaginas into the thought that vaginas might, indeed, be interesting things. Weren’t they just warm, soft, wet places? What was the big deal?

Well, when I started to use my Kegelmaster for resistance-based training of my vaginal wall strength, I discovered a whole new world inside of me. I couldn’t believe it! There were all kinds of muscles I could feel inside of me as I squeezed my PC muscles around the Kegelmaster. Muscles at the opening of my vagina. Muscles midway up. And muscles deep, deep inside.

When I moved my knees a few degrees or changed the angle of my hips, I was fascinated to witness my muscle strength shift with a new position, and understood finally why different sexual positions genuinely held different levels of pleasure for me.

I felt revved up and excited to strengthen my vaginal wall muscles. I was reminded again why I feel so comfortable recommending the Kegelmaster as a tool for all women: the exercises and increased muscle tone help women prepare for childbirth, regain tone after childbirth, maintain strength and flexibility after menopause, prevent uterine prolapse, prevent urinary incontinence, and, of course, strengthen the muscles used in deep vaginal orgasms.

As a consumer, I just love logical products with multiple, all-around benefits.

Last time around, I told the story of how I went from happily squeezin’ and releasin’ my butt muscles– and being completely convinced that I was doing proper Kegel exercises – to then discovering — with genuine delight — the actual and specific location of my PC muscles.

Today, my story is about how I came to hold reverence for the Kegelmaster and to confidently encourage other women to get one for themselves.

When I first heard the Spontaneous Orgasm Lady speak about the importance of using a resistance-device to do proper Kegel exercises and strengthen my vaginal walls, she recommended two products: the Gyneflex and the Kegelmaster.

Thinking myself a savvy shopper, I went with the least-expensive option, the Gyneflex, offered as three separate products, light, medium and high resistance.

In selecting which model to purchase, I figured, well, I’m “relatively” young at 42, I haven’t had any children to stretch beyond comprehension my vaginal walls, and I most certainly haven’t had any guys complain about “that area” of my body. Plus, for years, I’ve been squeezin’ and releasin’ to snappy tunes while driving in my car. So I – um, confidently, or, perhaps arrogantly, or maybe it was just unwisely – ordered the strongest product, figuring it’d be a breeze to use.

Well, it was anything but a breeze. I might as well have placed a titanium rod inside of me. I couldn’t move the device for the life of me.

I laid there, quietly, thoughtfully, realizing that maybe, just maybe, I wasn’t as “in shape” and “hot to trot” as I thought I was. In that moment I was humbled, yet motivated.

Writing my Gyneflex purchase off as a loss, I ordered a Kegelmaster, the “Mercedes Benz” of the vaginal resistance-training devices touted by the Spontaneous Orgasm Lady as the best product out there (and she’s tried a lot of them).

The Kegelmaster has 15 different strength settings, allowing any woman, regardless of her current physical condition, to begin reconditioning her weakened muscles. The Kegelmaster is manufactured from a highly durable plastic, and the springs used to give it progressive resistance training capacity are made with a coated metal that will never rust nor corrode. The product comes with a thorough and respectful instructional DVD, and the manufacturer provides an 800 number to answer any questions that I may have about their product.

Plus, the product brochure says “Do not get discouraged if the Kegelmaster only moves a little. Any movement is good.” I needed this: a product that would meet me where I was and allow me to grow with it.

So, a few days later, when my Kegelmaster arrived, I selected the weakest possible setting and then set about to see if I could locate and squeeze my PC muscles.

With more than a mild bit of curiosity, I began squeezing. Squeezing a little of this. And a little of that. Until I heard the “Kegelmaster click” and felt my PC muscles contract.

Amen! I thought to myself with a sigh of relief. My vaginal muscles weren’t forgotten and lost after all. Though I may never be sporting vaginal muscle control to rival the most highly trained, professional ladies in all of Southeast Asia, I am confident that I am tending to my inner world and the strength and health of my body. The Kegelmaster gives me real, honest-to-goodness feedback, and I know my capacity is increasing.

At $100, or $98.95 plus $4.05 shipping, to be exact, the Kegelmaster may not be for everyone.

But for my money, it’s genuinely one of the best one hundred dollars I’ve ever spent. I use my Kegelmaster almost every day. My health and personal benefits from it will only increase over time, and the product will last me a life-time.

There’s a reason why people buy a Mercedes when they want a quality car they can trust, enjoy and have for years, and in the case of the Kegelmaster, there’s a reason – many reasons — why the Kegelmaster is the best value for my money.

I think it was about 10 or 15 years ago that I first heard about Kegel exercises. “Squeeze and hold. Squeeze and hold,” I was told. “Oh, and you gotta do them several hundred times a day for them to work.”

Hmmm. Well, I was intrigued by the idea of strengthening my vagina. And I’d already had some “situational incontinence” with some of my gallon-sized sneezes coming from my pint-sized body. So, strong PC muscles to control urine flow and enhance my vaginal strength sounded like a great idea to me.

And like many a great idea, I threw the concept somewhere in the “extra bedroom” of my mind, along with a zillion other great ideas. Occasionally, I’d remember to do Kegels while driving or sitting at my desk in front of the computer. Squeeze and hold. Squeeze and hold. Somethin’s better than nothin’, I figured.

Then I heard about this ultra-orgasmic woman who was extolling the value of both using a vaginal resistance device and consuming high-grade fish oil. This woman went from being completely non-orgasmic to being spontaneously orgasmic, and she was about my age.

Hmmm. Well, I was intrigued by the idea of being “spontaneously orgasmic,” so I bought the best fish oil I could find and ordered myself a Kegelmaster 2000, the device recommended by the Mega Orgasm Lady.

When my Kegelmaster arrived, I was a bit confused as to how to approach this lavender-colored, penis-shaped gizmo requiring a bit of assembly and adjustment. I was disheartened. For a moment I thought, “Ugh! Here I go again, buying some something-or-other that’s supposed to make my life better. I’m never going to use it, and it’ll end up in the back of my closet, forgotten, abandoned, wasted money.”

But I wanted the promised result, and I was curious, so I gave it a go. I got a little lube, as recommended by the manufacturer, settled myself in a comfortable position and started doing my first set of resistance-based vaginal exercises.

At first I was making all the “common mistakes” mentioned by the manufacturer: squeezing my butt muscles rather than my PC muscles, contracting my abdomen rather than my PC muscles and, in general, squeezing everything but my PC muscles.

And then it happened. I felt it. I felt my PC muscles contract around the Kegelmaster, and I heard the tell-tale little click that the Kegelmaster makes when a proper contraction occurs. Oh, and what a delicious feeling. Deep. Strong. In my core. A wanting feeling. Not needful. Just wanting and reaching. Reaching for more. More of this good, internal massage. More of this acknowledgement and sense of my core. More of this pleasure that started within and radiated out. More of me, feeling good. Feeling powerful. Feeling relaxed and satisfied.

And that is how I discovered my PC muscles, at last.

Reason #1

Kegel exercises can help prevent urinary incontinence and leakage

I’m 42 (almost 43 now). I can’t exactly remember the first time I “leaked.” Maybe it was 10 years ago, when I was in my early 30s. What I do remember was being absolutely mortified! This wasn’t supposed to happen to me! Not someone my age. I didn’t even have the “biological excuses” of pregnancy, natural childbirth or menopause.

Now, I do have an extraordinary capacity for gargantuan sneezes, and according to some sources I’ve read, the impact of a huge sneeze on my PC muscles can both damage the muscles used to control urine flow and trigger leaks. I sneeze, I pee. How uncool. And the fact that there was a name for what I was experiencing – “stress incontinence” – didn’t make me any more comfortable with my situation.

To add to my concern, I recently spent a lot of time with an elderly aunt who had virtually no bladder control, wore “adult diapers” (“pads,” as we euphemistically called them) and had to make decisions about what she did, where she went and how long she was gone based on her increasing bladder incontinence.

So what’s a girl like me to do? I certainly didn’t want to watch the years go by and have my situation worsen.

So, A Girl Like Me got herself a Kegelmaster, the best device out there to accomplish my goal of gaining stronger, tighter girl muscles: sphincter, PC, pubococcygeal, pelvic floor, PCG, vaginal, love, butterfly, hammock muscles … whatever you want to call them. I just wanted to be able to live an unrestricted life and to move into my later years with grace and confidence.

Now, ladies, if you ask around, you may be surprised to discover that a number of us gals experience occasional stress incontinence. If your peers are mostly post-menopausal Baby Boomers and women who’ve had a couple of kids, you may discover that many of the women in your life are starting to experience full female incontinence.

For myself, I’m not buying into any myth that says all older women suffer from incontinence. Ain’t nobody predicting my future for me. I want my social activities (intimate and otherwise), lifestyle choices and travel plans to be my choices and not dictated by incontinence, “situational” or otherwise.

So, dear ones, if the idea of incontinence and limited life-style choices has no appeal to you, join me and do something about: get yourself a Kegalmaster today!

Reason #2

Strengthen your vaginal walls and support your pelvic and reproductive organs

When I was in my early 20s, a girlfriend told me that her mother’s uterus had fallen down and was protruding from her vagina. I was horrified at the thought and barely believed such a thing was possible.

She then explained that her mother had birthed a number of children through natural childbirth, was post-menopausal and that her vaginal walls were weak. Her mother, she told me, was scheduled for surgery to correct this problem.

I know a little more about this now than I did 20 years ago and know that advanced uterine prolapse is also affected by weak ligaments. But I also believe in common-sense approaches to health care. The Kegelmaster allows women to naturally develop strong pelvic floor muscles, which keep the vagina strong, supported and healthy; thus, requiring less support by the ligaments.

If you’re concerned about your pelvic and reproductive organ health, please consider getting a Kegel exercise device and doing the simple (and pleasurable!) exercises. Just 5-10 minutes several times a week will do you a world of wonders. To order your own Kegelmaster, please click here.

Reason #3

Improved Capacity for Deep (and Multiple) Vaginal Orgasms … With or Without a Partner

I’m going to get a bit personal here. If this isn’t what you’re looking for, just skip this section.

Over the years, I’ve experienced varying degrees of pleasure with my body. When I think about it now, it almost seems to go in cycles and phases. Of late, I sometimes wondered if I had lost my juice.

When I read a magazine article about an anorgasmic woman (someone with no capacity for orgasms) who started to have spontaneous orgasms, believe me, I was all ears! Along with some dietary supplements, such as high grade fish oil, she recommended the Kegalmaster. (Apparently she’d tried most of the Kegel exercise devices out there, including vaginal weights, vaginal cones, the Kegelcisor, you name it … and concluded that the Kegelmaster was the best device for toning vaginal muscles.)

I ordered my Kegelmaster and started doing the kegal exercises right away. Shortly thereafter, I had my first big contraction deep, deep inside me. Yes, it was pleasurable. But more than that, I felt utterly relieved that my capacity to have orgasms had not been lost. That I could find this in me, strengthen it and live my life now and in coming years with greater and greater strength and satisfaction.

To date, I haven’t yet had much in the way of “opportunities” to test my new strength and agility with a partner. No worries. I’m doing what I’m doing for multiple reasons: overall health, intimate moments, my own pleasure and enhancing my feminine core.

I’m admittedly quite the proselytizer about Kegelmasters and vaginal health for women. If you’re considering ordering a Kegel exercise device, please do so today! No reason to wait. I provide a 100% money-back guarantee and will allow you to return it for any reason at any time. That’s how much I believe in this product and its value for all women of all ages.

Reason #4

Resistance is the Key to Strengthening Your Pelvic Floor Muscles

Ever heard the funny story about how spinach came to be the Wonder Vegetable? The short version is this: A decimal point error was made in 1870, placing the iron content of spinach 10 times higher than it actually is. (Spinach is still good for you … just don’t expect Popeye-like results.)

And have you ever noticed how a piece of information becomes fact merely because enough people repeat the erroneous information?

Well, this is what’s up with the misinformation about Kegel exercises, promoted by doctors, medical institutions and gynecological experts! Many “you should know better” experts say you can do Kegel exercises anywhere: while driving, doing the dishes, sitting at your computer, et cetera.

Hmmph. Ain’t so. You can SQUEEZE and RELEASE anywhere, but those aren’t The Real Kegel Exercises. There’s tons of info on the web about this distinction, and it all boils down to the fact that Dr. Kegel, in the 1940s, created his vaginal strength training exercises using a resistance device. That’s what he tested. That’s where he got his results. And that’s what he recommended: using a resistance device to locate and tone vaginal muscles.

Humor me a moment. Take your arm and pretend to do arm curls, like you might do at a gym. Feel much strength building in your muscles? (I’ll let you answer that.) Now take something weighing just a pound or two and do the same movement. Feel your muscles going into action? Most likely, you do.

You get the logic, right?

Now, here’s the ultra-groovy thing about the Kegelmaster: it has 15 different resistance (strength) settings, so as my vagina becomes stronger, tighter and more “agile,” I can increase my “strength training,” so to speak. (Now that idea brings a smile to my face.)

The first pelvic floor muscle trainer I bought (the Gyneflex) did not have adjustable settings. I was rather disheartened that I couldn’t get the thing to move at all! With the Kegglemaster I was so excited when I realized I had mastered setting #1 and could move on to resistance setting #2!

Girlfriends, if you want to keep doing Kegels without a device, I do believe that somethin’ is better than nothin’. But if you truly want strong PC muscles, to relieve pain associated with sex, to gain control of urine leakage and the many other health and well-being reasons for toning your “love muscles,” I highly recommend that you get yourself a Kegelmaster.

To order yourself a progressive, resistance-based exercise trainer – just like Dr. Kegel ordered — click here.

Reason #5

Prepare for Childbirth and Regain Vaginal Tone Afterward

On this subject, the reasons to use a Kegelmaster are rather obvious!

Moms and Moms-to-be, click here to order yourself a Kegelmaster.

Reason #6

Fantastic Sex

OK, so truth be told, as of the day that I write this blog post, I haven’t had much opportunity to test the correlation between tone vaginal mucsles and fantastic sex. But I’m a reasonable woman, and I’m trusting that I’m headed in the right direction.

When I first start using my Kegelmaster, I spent a ton of time on the internet, reading about the various benefits — health, sexual and emotional well-being — of tight PC muscles. I was astonished – and intrigued — by some of the stories I read: stories of women gaining almost mythical vaginal control, tone, coordination, strength, endurance, agility, awareness and power.

And then I had a whopping ah-hah moment!

A woman with strong vaginal muscles can grip, hold, massage, grasp, release, milk, rub, clench and, essentially, fuck a man like he’s never been fucked. Or, to put it more tenderly, she can give him the greatest pleasure he’s ever had. (There is a “ring” of muscles around the vagina, which you will learn to identify and control once you start using your Kegelmaster.)

Now, Ladies (and Gentlemen), I do believe that the solution to the desire for “penis enlargement” is actually found in the woman and her capacity to meet a man inside of her, with her agile sex muscles and sensitivity.

So, dear ones, if the idea of “fantastic sex” – or, in my case, preparing to have fantastic sex — appeals to you, and you’d like to order the device that will help you get their quickly, click here to order.

Reason #7

Medical-grade equipment, excellent customer support and “good folk” behind the product

I don’t know about you, but I just can’t stand buying something that’s touted as a Wonder Item, only to discover upon use that it isn’t anything close to what it promised to be!

Conversely, I get all excited, happy and yappy when I find something that IS a Wonder Item. To me, the Kegelmaster is a Wonder Item and one of the best $100 I have ever spent in my life. I found myself telling so many women friends about the importance of tone vaginal walls and muscles that I decided I might as well sell the device I was promoting (and giving to women I loved).

In addition to my personal belief in this product and tons and tons of info on the web about the importance of well-developed PC muscles, the manufacturer of this particular product is top-notch. Plus,

The product is made of medical-grade plastic.

The springs are made from a non-corrosive metal and will never rust.

The manufacturer staffs (with women) a toll-free 800 number for customer support and a quickly answered email-based support service for those of us who wish to communicate online.

The manufacturer provides with each Kegelmaster –

a respectful, respectable and informative DVD (or video, if that’s what you prefer)

a quick-start color brochure

a case for storing your Kegelmaster

Here’s what I provide, above and beyond the manufacturer’s offer –

· A 100% money-back guarantee. I want to you to be happy and satisfied with your purchase. If you aren’t satisfied, I will refund your money completely. I’m 100% serious about the guarantee. I believe in this product fully, and I trust that you will, too.

· A return-it-for-any-reason-at-any-time policy. OK. I can’t say I have a "no questions asked" policy because I will most likely be curious as to why you want to return the Kegelmaster … for my own learning, that is. But the key thing for you to know is that you can return the product for any reason at any time, and I will refund your payment in its entirety, plus 10 percent!

· An exercise booklet I’ve written with suggestions on how to do the exercises to maximize your vaginal control and strength.

· Information about some well-vetted and highly selective products related to your Healthy Satisfaction.

· Complete confidentiality about your records, address, email information and general contact info.

Just for a reality check, the Kegelmaster is –

· penis-shaped (which makes sense, if you think about it) and lavender-colored (which doesn’t make sense, but heck, the thing works …)

· really easy to use, understand and adjust

· necessary to clean after each use (which makes sense, if you think about it).

And a quick note about the price. The president of the company specifically requests of distributors, such as myself, that we sell the Kegelmaster devices at $98.95 per unit. So that’s what I’m doing: being in integrity to the manufacturer, to myself (I love this product and believe in its value) and to you, as a customer.

If getting yourself a Kegelmaster feels to you like a smart, efficient, common-sense (and delightfully fun) way to address or prevent some of your health concerns, then I hope you’ll consider purchasing a Kegelmaster through my website here.

Ladies, as women, we rock.

Let’s rock our own worlds with healthy bodies; let’s rock our partner’s world with healthy satisfaction and let’s rock the world with healthy vibrations!

Only a Few Minutes a Day Can Really Get Your Performance Going

A large number of women worldwide struggle to overcome urinary incontinence and uterine prolapse due to weak pelvic floor muscles. Most of them are particularly depressed with a not so pleasant sex life. What is important to mention here is that pelvic muscles are the same as any other muscles in your body. They are affected by a number of factors such as pregnancy, childbirth, aging and obesity. You will notice the muscles getting weaker and lose their tone that may lead to a number of female reproductive issues such as stress urinary incontinence, uterine and bladder prolapse and reduced orgasms.

Having strong and healthy pelvic muscles is crucial to maintain overall health. Kegelmaster is one device that has proved to be quite helpful in restoring strength and firmness to the pelvic floor muscles. The device is easy to use, and the presence of the progressive resistance feature tones the muscles in a simple and effective way. Kegelmaster works on the pelvic floor muscles to overcome frustrating issues such as pelvic pain, stress incontinence and the need of vaginal tightness.

If you are a woman, you will understand that weakness in the pelvic floor muscles can prove to be a significant point of difference between frustrating and satisfying sexual performance. The muscles in your pelvic region remain hidden but can let you down especially after middle age. You need to pay particular attention to the pelvic floor muscles as they not only control urinary flow, but also produce the amazing pleasure you look for in a healthy sex life.

During pregnancy, muscles of the pelvic floor stretch and weaken, causing one or more organs in the pelvic region to sag after delivery. As your activities continue to stress the muscles further, you may lose control over your bladder movements. The muscles in your vagina also get weak and no longer remain tight. All these changes are exactly opposite to what you need for better orgasms and more importantly, your self-confidence.

Remember, you need to empower yourself and the Kegelmaster allows you to solve all the problems mentioned earlier. The truth is you need to take care of your body and understand that you are important. All you need to do is work your pelvic floor muscles and make them strong. Even a few minutes of Kegelmaster everyday will greatly help you improve muscle tone and strength. You will definitely feel the results which will have a positive impact as you will get rid of loose vaginal muscles, an oversensitive bladder and low orgasms.

The correct use of the Kegelmaster can prevent the pelvic floor muscles from getting weak. It is also a useful tool to bring back the vaginal muscles in best shape. Women seeing their vaginal muscles relax after menopause or childbirth can take help from the Kegelmaster to get a tight vagina back. You can help your pelvic floor muscles regain elasticity with the use of this device, resulting in satisfying and improved sexual performance.

Can we talk woman to woman here? Yes? Good.

I know that many women may think that occasional urinary incontinence and other “female problems down there” are simply a part of getting older. Especially for women who have had one or more children, that urge to cross our legs when sneezing is an almost unconscious thought.

But it doesn’t have to be.

Sure, we all hear about doing our Kegel exercises and maybe we even go so far as to dutifully throw in some squeezes…when we think of it…when we happen to be stuck in traffic…when there is nothing good on the radio.

But the truth is, we’ve been duped.

Traditional Kegel exercises, as we have been taught, are really nothing more than those occasional squeezes. Our noble efforts to strengthen our pelvic floors in the middle of that traffic jam are really accomplishing…well, nothing.

Just like any other muscle-strengthening exercise (because after all, the point of Kegels is to strengthen our pelvic floor muscles), Kegel exercises require resistance in order to be effective.

How on earth are we to provide resistance to our pelvic floor muscles, you ask?

Allow me to introduce you to…

The Kegelmaster 2000.

What is it?

The Kegelmaster, dubbed a “Miracle for Women”, is the single most effective means of performing Kegel exercises. Designed to apply targeted, adjustable resistance to the muscles of a woman’s pelvic floor, the Kegelmaster provides one-of-a-kind exercise resistance to those oh-so-vital muscles.

How does it work?

The Kegelmaster is an exercise apparatus that is inserted slightly into the vaginal opening. An adjustment knob is then used to open the apparatus, proving that crucial point of resistance as a woman squeezes her pelvic floor muscles to close the apparatus.

Um, isn’t this all kind of…weird?

I think we can all agree that there is a definite awkwardness factor attached to the idea of pelvic floor exercises. But, as women, we are already accustomed to performing Kegel exercises—so don’t we owe it to ourselves to actually do them the right way?

I like to think of exercising, just as we would for any other muscle in our body. And when the effects of this exercise include benefits like better sex, more intense orgasms, and the ability to not pee my pants in public?

Totally worth it.

Meet the Kegelmaster. You may have heard of Kegel exercises, but the Kegelmaster takes the exercises to a whole new level with a patented design and resistance method proven to gain results.

A woman’s pelvic floor muscles are the muscles responsible for controlling things like intensity of orgasms, ability to control the flow of urine, and ability to retain the bladder and uterus in position. Like any muscle, the pelvic floor muscles respond best to resistance training—which is exactly what the Kegelmaster provides. Unlike traditional Kegel exercises, which rely on a woman to simply “hold” the muscles of her pelvic floor, the Kegelmaster guides women to perform Kegels as they were designed—to build muscle through resistance.

Endorsed by celebrities like Teri Hatcher and leading women’s magazines like Marie Claire, the Kegelmaster is changing women’s lives. Aside from helping women, especially those women who have had children to prevent complications such as uterine prolapsed and urinary incontinence, the Kegelmaster is improving women’s health through one simple benefit—a better sex life. Marie Claire’s testers were so impressed by the Kegelmaster that they claimed the tool drastically increased sexual satisfaction, leading to an increased overall health and well-being. It’s a well-researched fact that an active sex life is important to leading a well-rounded and healthy life—and the Kegelmaster is the secret to achieving satisfying sex.

Many women have difficulty reaching orgasm with their partner, due in part, to weak pelvic floor muscles, also known as puboccygeus or “PC” muscles. These PC muscles are the muscles that contract and relax, causing the pleasurable sensation of an orgasm for women. Using the Kegelmaster will help women develop and strengthen those PC muscles, leading to stronger, longer, and more intense orgasms.

While Both Are Equally Efficient and Beneficial, There Is a Lot of Difference in the Way Each Works to Achieve Desired Results

A weakened pelvic floor muscle is one of the most common health issues faced by women. Statistics have revealed that around 30 to 40 percent of women experience some degree of incontinence in their lifetime. Besides surgeries and medication, exercise and therapy have proven extremely fruitful in helping women overcome pelvic floor disorders. Kegelmaster and Intensity NOW are recognized as two of the most effective products in this aspect. Based on the sales statistics and customer feedback, it takes time to explain the difference and similarities between both the products.

We have a lot of women asking which product is better, Kegelmaster or Intensity Now. I can ask you this, which is better, a treadmill or a stair-stepper? Both are effective but they have different ways of engaging muscles. A comparison will help understand each one in a better way.

Highlighting the benefits of the newly launched Intensity Now, we noticed its similarities with an electrical stimulation device used by physical therapists who deal with pelvic floor weakness. Intensity Now combines the medical type device such as the Athena and a vibratory exerciser for the g-spot and clitoris.

While Intensity Now is a new and revolutionary product gaining immense popularity, Kegelmaster is a patented product approved by the FDA as a medical device. Instead of electrical simulation, the Kegelmaster is a mechanical exerciser, which utilizes the feedback from the progression of springs. The efficiency of Kegelmaster is undisputed. As a retailer, I receive phone calls from happy women that are realizing the benefits of using the Kegelmaster and helping with issues like vaginal, rectal and bladder prolapse, incontinence, vaginal looseness, dryness and vaginal atrophy.

Kegelmaster and Intensity Now customers include not only patients suffering from this disorder but also doctors who are treating such patients. In this aspect, a renowned pain specialist and sex therapist from Cornwell University has recently shown interest in the Kegelmaster. According to the Cornwell University therapist, a massager and vibrator cannot only strengthen the pelvic floor muscle, they also prove extremely helpful in controlling pain.

Supporting this claim, numerous women have reported that their doctors are suggesting the use of a vibrator to achieve orgasm and to work the deep muscles of the pelvic floor. There is no tricky science working in the background. A vibrator and electric simulation help bring more blood flow to the area to promote healthy tissue, increase natural lubrication and prevent atrophy. Particularly, these devices will prove exceptionally beneficial for post menopausal women to prevent dry and thinning vaginal tissues and painful intercourse.

It’s important to understand the difference between each device and its impact. Customers who bought both have experienced better results in less time. “Kegelmaster the low tech device, and Intensity Now, the state-of-the art high tech device. Together, it’s a dynamic duo.” For more information on both of the products, please visit our website.
