I’ve been doing the kegel exercises online however idk how to use it to stop premature ejactulation, does it work by automatically making you last longer or are you suppose to be doing something while having sex r masturbating , also how long does it take to get results

    Kegels only benefit women not men. The best thing you can do is when you are about to ejaculate, spread your balls apart and press your thumb really hard between your balls. You will be amazed.
