How do you do a Kegel exercise for men?

I’ve tried to research this on the internet as it’s meant to help with erections and premature ejaculation but nothing actually tells you what you have to do, could somebody please describe step by step?

Kegel is German and means "bowling pin" or "cone". It’s maybe a bit like bowling. Imagine pressing blood in your penis. These blood comes back to your body (we’ll the bowling ball doesn’t come back ^^) It’s difficult to explain how exactly to do it, many people just do it somehow. Yeah, it’s somehow like holding your pee, like you use "your penis’ muscles" although your penis has no muscles. But you "hold your pee" only for very short time and do it there for again and again. Try to hold your pee just while your peeing. Then you’ll know how to do it. That’s Kegeln.

    Do you know how when you have a hard on & you kind of flick it with your nerves?
    Well do that over & over again.
    Kind if like when your tryna hold your pee.

    Idk it is hard to explain but it is fairly easy.

    When you are going pee, stop in mid stream, start and stop, the muscle that you use to stop the pee flow is what you are trying to develop…

    Hi:)
    It is fairly simple, just tighten the muscles you use to hold back your urine. Like you would if you had a really, really full bladder but no bathroom:P Hold the tension in the muscle for 10 seconds and release, and then repeat like 50 times, or more if you can. You can hold longer and do more repeats as you get stronger.
