I’m 14 and I think I have stress incontinence and I’m finding Kegel exercise hard?
I know it isn’t common but I have all the symptoms and I’m really sure I have it
I’m finding Kegel exercises really hard to be honest. I don’t know if I’m exercising the right muscles or not..
Has anyone with SUI found any other ways of improving it?
I don’t mind if it only helps a little, its just really embarrassing to have.

okay, I was searching for questions like this because I have this also. I recently started to see a uroligist for this. I will tell you mine is from stress also. The way I was taught to do them goes like this. Wink your right eye.
Wink your left eye.
Wink your rectum
That will help you identify the correct muscle. I will tell u that i was waking up at night about ten times. I started kegal exercises a week ago. I now only get up once a night.
