Now , when I have sex I often ejaculate but have no orgasm whatsoever. This happens when I haven’t had sex for a week or more. Despite my age I still am very much interested in sex and lust after my wife. Why?

Try knew things! Don’t try to get into the same routine. If you think of new things you will come. I had the same problem and it worked for me!

Dude, I don’t mean to alarm you but it’s about to fall off.
