Delivery
U.S. Orders - All orders are dispatched from the U.S. by USPS and UPS. Delivery can take 3 – 30 working days depending upon your location in the U.S. and Canada.
Amazing Kegelmaster and Health Matters Network will use its best endeavours to post all orders within 5 working days of receipt of order and funds clearing. Please note however, at exceptionally busy times dispatch can take up to 10-15 business days and Amazing Kegelmaster and Health Matters Network reserves the right to extend this time period in exceptional circumstances.
You agree that it is your responsibility to notify Amazing Kegelmaster and Health Matters Network within two weeks of ordering if you have not received your goods within that time.
International - International deliveries will vary from country to country and you will be advised of delivery cost and arrangements at the time of ordering. Refund Policy
Please watch the instructional DVD or read thoroughly the ‘Instructions for Use’ sheet before breaking the factory seal on the Kegelmaster box. Guarantee applies to the breakage of the device itself. Check in with your doctor prior to ordering. We are not able to accept returns on Kegelmasters to comply with FDA regulations. For health reasons, used Kegelmasters may not be returned. If you open and use your Kegelmaster and have any questions or problems we will provide unlimited free phone or email consultation until you are successful with our product.
