Male doing Kegel exercise correctly?
Ok i been advised to do Kegel exercises for bladder improvements and sexual dysfunctions.
I read and watched videos on it however still cant completely get the excerise right. When i tense my PC muscle, should my ass be ‘sucked’ in? I feel like im just tightening my behind when i try to find the PC muscle?!?! thanks!
When you’re peeing stop in mid-stream hold for a 5 count then release til full stream and stop again and repeat. This way you will feel the muscle you are supposed to be flexing. Once you’ve isolated the muscle you can do it whenever.
