Last night i was experiencing REM Sleep – Extremely Vivid dreams etc.
It was awesome, at some point during a the dream a very very hot women
sat on my lap, i became hard and we had sex. It felt so real it was unbelievable, just like sex. I Then ejaculated in my dream, and in real life at the exact same pace of the sex i was having in the dream. This may sound like a wet dream/nocturnal emission to some but i had real life sex the day before, so no sperm build up etc. Can the brain trick the body into ejaculating w/o touching the penis, and can this be learned while awake? This was a wet dream. Popular culture would have you believe that the only reason for a wet dream is because old sperm has built up in your system, but the reality is a wet dream can be caused by other factors. A particularly vivid sexy dream is one of them.
It is possible to experience orgasm and ejaculation through just mental control / fantasizing, and no physical stimulation, but I wouldn’t recommend doing it too often. You want to be able to experience sex with a partner sometime, including the pleasure of stimulating each other physically. Disconnecting from that might be counterproductive.
