This was a wet dream. Popular culture would have you believe that the only reason for a wet dream is because old sperm has built up in your system, but the reality is a wet dream can be caused by other factors. It is possible to experience orgasm and ejaculation through just mental control / fantasizing, and no physical stimulation, but I wouldn't recommend doing it too often.
