Question about Kegel exercisers?
I want to buy a Kegel exerciser, one with spring resistance. I have found 3 for sale. Kegel Master, KegelPro and PelvicToner. I can find that KegalMaster has up to 7.8lbs of resistance but i cannot seem to find how much resistance the others have. Anyone have one of these? Do they like it? Which would you think is the best buy for your money? Kegel Master costs twice the amount as the other brands.
I have done regular Kegels for years. Kegel exercisers add resistance. Kind of like lifting weighs verses just flexing your muscles. They will tone upto a certain extent without weight but get that much stronger with weight.
