		<description>the muscles of the pelvic floor are like all other muscles...if you can contract them enough...they will become stronger.  The problem is that they are pretty small...and difficult to contract effectively.
I&#039;d recommend buying a book on the real Kaegal exercises.  The real technique goes beyond simply stopping your urine flow...they actually involved contracting them arround your fingers (for example) so that you are contracting them correctly etc.&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;</description>
