Can someone tell me the steps for the Kegel Exercise please.?
I need to have tight muscles and I want to know the steps for the Kegel Exercise to get stronger and tighter muscles down there thanks eveyone I appreciate all the good help
Start to urinate then use your muscles to stop the flow of urine and then release and start urinating again. Do this until you have a feel for what muscles you need to use to stop the flow of urine. You can then do this anytime you want once you know which muscles to tighten.
