Is it too late to tighten my vagina muscles by practicing the Kegel exercise? I only have 1 child 2 1/2 years?
It’s my opinion that its never too late.
It may not exactly tighten your muscles but it definitely will strengthen them and that in itself is a great bonus.
Some people say the best way to learn how to exercise them is to try to stop the flow of urine while you are peeing. While this is a good way to find the right muscles you need to work out, it is not wise to continuously use this method as it can often lead to urinary infections and bladder control issues. Doing it a few times to get the hang of it is fine, but just dont make it a habit.
