Oh my yes, is it ever. I discovered this little secret exercise while in Lamaze class for my 1st child..1978 wouldn’t go a day without. I say secret cuz you can do it when ever you want where ever you want. Just squeeze up them fanny-bottom muscles, count to 10 for starters – remember to breath-and relax, then repeat. I normally go till check out time or time to move in traffic. Excellent source of keeping your rectal-and all other bottom muscles taught and firm – especially helpful right after surguries or birth’s. But as I said – anytime/anywhere. Hope that helps…~~~~~~LK
